If you want to work out your chest look up easiest push-ups and go from there but be best workout for loosing fat is to walk not run. If you walk enough assuming your diet is around 1800 to 2000 calories per day you don't need much of a big diet change if any at all and you can see results in as little as 30 days and completely morph your body in about 5 months. But don't be fooled by this
