Day 1: I felt some pain, but no difference :) Day 2: the same thing as day 1 :) Day 3: a difference but I barely saw it :) Day 4: I actually see a bit of a difference :) Day 5: I see changes :) Day 6: the same as day 5 Day 7: more changes- I lost weight too Day 8: I’m doing pretty well, same as day 7 Day 9: okay, a bit more changes Day 10: see a bit of difference Day 11: I’m doing ok, just the same as usual Day 12: some changes in weight (not a lot) Day 13: doing welll :) Reminder: I’ve been on a diet since this had started, and I’ve done simple exercises. If you need a safe diet I got you!! Breakfast: smoothie bowl 1cup berry (any) 1banana 1/2 spinach 1/2cup yogurt or milk 1/4 cup protein powder (optional) Blend on high then add granola about 2/4 cup add fruit on top. Lunch: salad Lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber Chicken or broccoli for protein. No ranch, for dressing I would do a lemon topping. Dinner: salad(same as lunch) Or lettuce wrap (chicken, pork) Snacks: fruit, veggies, protein bar, peanut butter with celery or apples.

this actually works guys I've been doing it about a month and i lost around 5 pounds (muscle does weigh more than fat) and I haven't dieted at all i still eat pretty unhealthy and then maybe a week ago or more i started doing the workout 5× and now last night i started doing it 10× I'm also starting to lift weights as well
Okay so i was actually wrong i didnt lose 5 pounds... I lost 7! And before i started doing this workout I hadn't had my period in 2 years and they returned after only a few weeks of this workout
@@caydenceziyuewu but if you only did it once a day it probably would not work as well I currently have been doing it for like a month and a half and I'm down 9 pounds and I'm not doing a diet at all Also i started off for maybe the first week just doing each thing once or twice a day so each workout 90 or 180 times but then like 8 or 9 days ago i started doing it 10× which is 900 times each workout and it takes about an hour for me to do it fully and now I'm starting to do it 20× each day which is 1800 but you could definitely get results just doing it once or twice a day
@@Suggestion_Man to lose 1 pound a week without dieting I'd say just 450 times per exercise which only takes half an hour but I like the feeling of exercising and it makes me feel better so about 8 or 9 days ago i started doing each exercise 900 times which takes 1 hour and I've already lost 2 more pounds and now i wanna do it more so today i did it 1800 times which takes 2 hours

Heeyaa! Soooo, currently I weigh 66 kgs and I really want to slim down so my goal is atleast 50-55 kgs!! It's gonna be hard but we can do itttt!!! And don't worry ikik U guys really want the updates I will give U don't worry!! So now it's gonna be my day 1!I will be going this exercises for 2 times one in the evening and then at the night cause that's the only time in free!! So let's gooooo! Here's the update Day 1: did the exercise nthg much Day 2: my legs and body were hurting so bad Day 3: stopped consuming sweets and made a small portion food platers Day 4: hurting so bad but seeing difference Day 5: seeing alot difference Day:6 skipped Day 7: skipped Day 8: continues with the same difference Day 9: no more hurting cause now my body was used to the exercise Day 10: I weigh 64kgs now PS: still following the exercises and yes it's worthy but U'll have to wait and stop consuming sweets and eat small portion then before like I use to eat ⅔ so now I am consuming ⅓ That's it! I’m going to be actual with you guys, I’ll be doing this for 2 weeks and showing you my progress, my goal is to make my jeans not tight and fit well, while fasting for ramadan. Day 1: Went well, also did a calf workout to keep up. Felt sore and drank lots of water to say hydrated in order to keep this goal. Day 2: Currently going well, I am doing this 3 consistent times a day in order to feel better and speed up. I didn’t do the level 2 exercise because I don’t wanna be tired that I’m desperate for water, as I am fasting. Summarize: Good :) also chimed in a leg workout to keep consistency with building muscle. I’m 13 if y’all don’t know! Day 3: GOING WELL CHAT, the progress is not seen nor visible by others but you can feel the burn
These look just like what I need, simple and easy to do. I'm starting today for 4 weeks and will update after that. Updated after 2 weeks: I have been practicing it everyday and I feel my body is much lighter than ever. I checked even though I lost only 5 lbs but I feel like I lost more.
guys today is day number one im starting this. today it felt as a great start. i'll update u guys every week cause im gonna be doing this every day for 2 months cause i have a really special occasion i need to lose weight for week one: srry for the late reply it was hard to do at first but it helped me not feel too weak. I'm currently 41kg so I'm going to try this for 2 weeks. I don't look fat but my thighs are just- Day 1: Did it! Day 2: I'm also doing Anna Mcnultys thigh workout with this but complete!! I don't see any changes yet Day 3: Nothing hurts but still not seeing much progress Day 4: My thighs are the tiniest bit slimmer but still not noticable Day 5: Made a little bit of progress!!! My thighs look smaller!!! Day 6: I see my thighs are totally getting smaller! Day 7: Um idk why it says from 6 days ago put anyway my thighs look the same and I'm going to see my weight TMRW!
Hey y'all, just wanted to give you a head up. I didn't believe it at first but still tried it. After the first week my legs started to get some soreness. After that it was getting better. I thought it had no effect any more. But at the end of the month I checked my weight and I lost 3lbs. Not much from what i wanted to lose but hey it worked!!! With easy and simple exercises like these I can still play on my phone or watch a movie whilst doing it. I didn't try hard though. But after this i am gonna do it for longer time to lose more weight. Doing this for 2 weeks remind me each day ill give results starting now Day 1 : No change , legs is sore Day 2 :just like day 1 Day 3 :a bit of change less pain Day 4 : upper thigh change a bit Day 5 : got used to the pain Day 6 :still the same DAY 7 :LOST A LOT BUT STILL MORE LEFT Day 8 :lower thigh change a bit Day 9 :not much of a change Day 10 :lower thigh and upper thigh big change Day 11 : got some better legs Day 12 :faster running(not same for everyone) Day 13 :BIG changes since day 1 DAY 14 :BIG RESULTSS

This excersize seems very interesting as these are things we basically do everyday but more pressure. Like I want a tiny waist I can just watch yt on my phone while doing it 💗 I hope I can fit in the demands of nowadays society

I lost 3 pounds my mom 6-15 (leave a like) For kids+ teens: ok guys so you guys doesnt need to do that stuff you need to literally stop eating junk food a lot you could eat it 1 times in a week only Or 1 time in 2 weeks anyways you should get off of this iPad phone laptop Chromebook iPod and go play oustside (leave a like)

When I tie my hair, I get so insecure of my chubby face. That’s why for the New Years, my goal is to lose weight. When I did it again tho it was gone? Day 3✅So I woke up pretty slim and I think it worked? I forgot to update and it is now day 100 and I am so much slimmer than before! Give them the taste of their own medicine because no one is perfect and if you can't do this then tell your teacher because it would hurt you life time if you don't do anything so please take stand for your self. And all the best be constant avoid sugar and junk food completely, and don't take any alternative for sugar like honey etc. And drink bay leaf water in empty stomach in early morning. Just put 3 bay leafs in hot water let it boil till colour changes little bit and drink it slowly warm or the way you like it it boost your metabolism which helps in loosing weight you can also eat one apple as apple is known for boost metabolism. All the best and never let anyone hurt you or bully you. ❤❤❤

70? ehmm maybe 85 or so. I actually was like you but a little less, i'm 12 and i'm 130 and i need to lose weight too. After that age you start gaining more I know by experience. But 70 is not as good as 85. No need to lose too much.
