Diko po alam pero baka may nadelete po kayong workout video nyo dati na sa simula ng vid na sinasabi nyo pong "pag kumain ka ng mrmi its okay bawiin nlng sa exercise the next day" ung workout vid po nayun super effective po sakin. I have been doing your workout since 2 weeks from now. I have been doing 3 sets of exercise a day but I don't see any results yet. How many days before I can see the changes?

Be patient. Hindi siya nakukuha sa 2 weeks lang. Sometimes it takes a month, 2 month, 3 months and so on depending on your current status and your goal. If you aim to lose weight, try to also monitor your calorie intake to make sure na hindi mo nababawi sa post workout meals mo yung calories na nabuburn mo sa workouts. Keep going, sexy love!
