So if i want use usb headphones with mic. I need only usb extender?

Yup, its basically a long usb extension cable inside of the vive.

I know that this video is very old but is it possible to have a small usb mic and regular headphones?

For sure. For this to work you would just keep the short 3.5mm headphone extension cable and install the USB extender so you have a usb port and a 3.5mm out for your headphones.

The headphones are custom beyerdynamic dt770 pros and I don't think the mic is made anymore, but any 3.5mm mic should do.
