It’s pretty comfortable in Normal. Still a bit firm, but a lot more well mannered. But when you have one of these for a week and you’re not paying for petrol it’s just too much fun to stay in N Mode!
the ecu adds revs around 200 when you lift clutch and then snaps them off at bight point to get you rolling from a stand still trouble is is snaps them off to early and you need to feed them back in timing it right at the bight point, its a little bit shit especially if you are trying to launch it, hill start or heel toe hill start , makes it difficult not to ride the clutch to much but its also challenging , a quirk that i have grown to like, I am hoping they can tune this out though and for the shifter, 200 dollars will get you a weighted adapter to shorten the throw by 30 percent and solid bushings to improve feel. i highly recommend this, downshifting from 3rd to 2nd takes a fair bit of effort because the shifter is a bit tough to move.
I would guess so if you made some modifications to the exhaust. It's not very loud in normal mode though. Only really gets loud in N... Thanks for watching!
@@4wheelsandaseat i dont mind loud when in N or giving it a nice pull but just on startup it growls. i love the car but thinking what mod could be done to make it quiet on startup, maybe install something in exhaust like a flap or something? lmao i dont know much about cars, but surely its possible. Trying to compromise with it. i was about get a g70 , but unsure atm. on fence. i love i30n interior and software
How tall are you? I don't know if the interior is small or if you're just so tall you make it look small. I am quite tall as well so I just want to know.
@@damienfrizzell9394 I've got another manual in my driveway. This car suits the DCT better than a manual, not many cars do but this does, it's that simple. Faster as well.
@@damienfrizzell9394 enjoyment, track once or twice a month. I didn't like the manual, too vague. I'm used to type r manuals. The DCT just fits the GT vibe of this car. If I had the hatch id go manual for sure.
