I went my entire life without knowing this was a thing I don't know if I should be thankful or sad, because it looks incredibly stupid but it also looks like something I might've unironically enjoyed as a kid.
I watched Bibleman on vhs tapes when I was young, and I gotta say the nostalgia is very much there looking back on it now. As corny as it might be looking back on it now, it was very good for its time and I absolutely loved it growing up.
Man, this was a blast back. Saw reruns of it back when I was 5. And here I am now, at 23. Boy, do I wish I could sit through them all over again, even if they could be a little bit corny.
My friends found VHS of bible man my basement, we proceeded to get hammered and watch all the biblemans (biblemen?) One of the most fun times ive had with my best buddies. Anytime someone fumbles a good thing we bring up Miles Peterson, he had everything.
I noticed just by watching a few of these videos, the continuity isn’t quite right. Here it depicts a Middle age guy struggling and then finding Jesus, in another video it showed him as a small child finding Jesus (and then somehow instantaneously transforming into an adult)
miles peterson is the best bibleman. If someone can guide me to the pristine content that is the Miles Peterson bibleman episodes (none of the yucky Josh Carpenter crap) then it would be greatly appreciated
😂 I mean it’s like it’s right in FRONT OF YOUR NOSES this is where Science and Religion comes together “Bibleman” he quotes scripture and fights evil using a Lightsaber what more could ya want? 🤣❤
That was the worst origin ever. It doesn’t make sense because it about a worker who gain achievement but not enough and he convert a religion cult. This the worst super hero ever
"Miles Peterson, a man who had it all...wealth...status...success..." but does he know why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch? "....still something was missing." A girlfriend! "Miserable, alone, his spirit beaten Miles Peterson gave up." Gen Z, amirite? "Then in his darkest hour, the words of a single book began to change his life." 'The Lord of the Rings.' "At last Miles Peterson felt the burning desire to know God." Assuming that God was 4 feet tall and had harry feet and a song by Leonard Nimoy. "Inspired by the word of God and equipped with unyielding faith, Miles pledged to fight evil in the name of God as..." HOBBIT MAN!!!! "And just when he had nothing to live for, he found the power of God..." And Prozac...but mostly Prozac. [It could be total chaos!]
