Join the concrete crew as we begin work on a big new project. The equipment is fueled, greased, and ready to go but where did he go? It's always something as I always say! Enjoy
Got a lot of respect for Francisco, he never is argumentative and always takes accountability and never tries to put the blame on others like other guys in your crew. You hardly ever see the man get flustered if ever! You found a diamond in the rough Ryan
@@Sanzs I dont think he was really blaming Carlito, just siding with Ryan that the employees should be responsible for the math and ordering of stuff like that.
@@Hurtydwarf Carlito wasn't responsible for measuring up the job and placing the order. He was just merely sent as the pick up guy. But if the boss wants that to also be done, then the boss should say so beforehand.
C'mon Tino, under no circumstances can you ever let the homeowner catch you taking a leak. That's unacceptable. You're gonna end up on a list that you don't wanna be on.
At first, Ray’s incompetence was funny, now it’s annoying. Can’t imagine how aggravating he is to Ryan. Yeah he brings positive attitude but you have to have some competence.
I sometimes think it's just done for the views but also being a worker over 10 years in construction there is some people that are slower at learning and others are just playing dumb to not be handed to many responsibilities
loool right, Ray The Destroyer has a brain the size of a chicken. He just seems so clueless all the time and never seems to get anything right even tho he literally has the most easiest job outta all the guys. And yes that’s so true, Ray is always disrespectful towards Pat which is externally disrespectful in my opinion. Ray’s ego has gotten way too big, all those really nice compliments in the comment sections have gotten way to far into his head and thinks he can get away with all his dumb mistakes cause he thinks he’s Ryan’s “favourite” employee😂
@@jone8626 I mean the man had 3 jobs, driving, doing the buggy and pulling wire, but Ryan hired another driver and Junior who can only pull wire or buggy so he should feel threatened.
I hope Tino doesn't fall off again and go back to his old ways especially now that he has a car. We've come accustomed to seeing Tino regularly and hope to always see him on the channel.
It seems like none of them know that there's certain things you should ask or at least tell your boss your gonna do. Like leaving work early or working on your personal car when you're on the clock. Some of the stuff they get away with blows my mind.
Seeing all the machinery lined up and all the plans coming into effect. If it feels this exciting as a viewer I can imagine how good it feels for Ryan!
I know right!!! So nice to see him grow since the very beginning. A true representation of what hard work, dedication, and consistency will get ya. Very happy for Ryan, the boys & his family!
It sounds that big Rays trying to get pat into trouble again, because he’s poaching his easy day, instead of giving a zip code or directions., ever thought of putting sat nav’s in the trucks so no one can get lost .
He is a little sneaky, jealous, "dumb" guy that I'm sure it was the reason Ryan and Buggs started to get into problems. Remember when Buggs was doing the storage room and he's like "oh buggs is in a bad mood he screamed at me" 😂😂😂😂😂
@@theacgkid i think the same thing man for real! Ryan has taken Ray too much into his liking, he is the one that messes up the most, yet the first one to throw everyone under the bus. Don't blame Eric, or even Tino having a certain attitude towards him.
Ryan I can almost guarantee it would be worth it to get a diesel tank on your land there. My work has a 4,500 gallon tank and we save around a dollar a gallon. They come and fill it up once a month or so and it’s convenient. Plus the tank itself is a rental and it’s free for us. I’m in Texas but definitely something to look at
Might be time to see about adding a sign in/sign out sheet to the office for the trucks and equipment. You sign it out, you're responsible for it and making sure lights are off, fueled up, cleaned out and ready to go for next day.
I enjoy all the content! I've managed a few crews like yours. You are a kind boss and I can see the guys respect you for it. I used our quick morning safety meetings to insert personal responsibility and accountability goals. Reminding them that I shouldn't have to remind them of daily work functions made my management job more focused on business. I'm semi-new to your channel... I appreciate you and all your crew!
as someone who has been in the construction world sense the age of 13 I have always been in landscape and was one of the project managers for one of the biggest companies in the sate of Utah for 4 plus year. I am 28 now and I started pouring concrete because of you and your RU-vid channel. after 2 years of pouring only on weekends I finally broke off and started my own concrete company. You are the reason I fell in love with concrete. you have been my teacher in so many ways. thank you Ryan! you really influence so many people to chase their dreams in this career. I hope to meet you next year in Vegas!
I am 61 years old and in all my years, have never seen something so drawn out as the permit process of your Government. I have been involved in many buildings and do not remember the process being this convoluted and difficult! It will be a giant relief once you get it done I am sure!
Every municipality is different in their permitting processes, plus there are layers of building code and also aesthetic requirements. There is universal building code, which every state follows, plus states can have stricter codes, counties can add their layer of codes, then the incorporated city/town/village has their own code requirements and appearance requirements as well. On top of that, there are Economic Zones that may also have appearance guidelines and their own taxation as well.
Did ya'll hear what Big Ray said at 36:00, "Pat vete alv". Guess sneaky little ray has been learning the wrong spanish words from the rest of the crew. Haven't been able to stand him since he was like "buggs is in a bad mood, he is screaming at me" whenever Buggs was building the storage room. Nevertheless, all the mistakes he does. I keep on saying it, if it was the rest of the crew messing up Ryan would be losing it!
With what you pay your guys and how much respect that you give them, you should have A++++ employees working with you. You need a new crew. They don’t learn and they’re lackadaisical. Have an open house at your new land and hire the best. You deserve it.
Always the case ,when your too nice to your guys ,they start taking the mickey,. I do the same to my guys & always the case ,the truth is it's very hard to find the right person for the job, everyone has a flaw but being too nice definitely don't help, coz we treat them like our friends,
Dam you just bought him a car and he does that. Man that's so disrespectful if my boss would buy me a car I would have to be on my deathbed to miss a day of work
If he was sick he should’ve just called Ryan and told him he wasn’t feeling good and I’m sure Ryan would’ve understood and let him go home .Its better than just disappearing
@@User-yy6xt channel made 4 weeks ago and over a 100 comments on the channel? That's stalker crazy! Did u have another account banned from this channel?
I told Ryan before about Ray no common sense.Ray would never never never work for me. Every one who works for me doing live Sound has to have full common sense or they are Gone!!!!!!!!!!!
Since Pat has arrived I've seen a side of Ray I never knew existed his biggest asset has been his positive attitude so to see him act like a jealous kid along with his insane lack of common sense and dumb mistakes makes me think twice about him something seems off now
Pat needs to take big Ray under is wing and teach him to check all vehicles for lights-oil tyres water.. Keep the trucks clean inside everyday at the end of the shift.
The Shaggy issue, Shaggy just by showing up showed you that he wasn’t happy where he was. But didn’t want to quit with out having something else. Came and rocked out So that he could have something else before he left your friend. Just business at this point and if you friend care about him, hopefully he won’t take it personal. People fall out and have to move on.
The issue is he got caught on camera and his old boss saw it and fired the dude for trying to be sneaky now Ryan is in a pickle should i hire him or not.
@@Sa.d.bo26well people only look for new jobs because they’re looking for better pay/something new or there is no room for advancement at the old company.
@@Sa.d.bo26 Ryan had no clue who he was so that’s not on Ryan… he didn’t tell him until they were deep into the job. Again, I’m thinking he did that because it was no going my back to Jose in Shaggy’s mind. That’s not Ryan’s problem either. In any job I’ve have blue collar or white… I never let them knew I was looking until I turned it my two weeks notice. Used PTO and sick days for interviews before I left. I understand that’s Ryan’s friend I get it but, if Jose really looks at it, would you want someone on your job site that doesn’t want to be there???
No Ryan you don't try to take care of your guys you 💯 do take care of your guys and it's refreshing. To you fools that liked seeing Miss Z get her money Ryan had to stop showing stuff like that because people were giving him a hard time saying he just does it for the cameras. If you can't tell this man has a huge heart you are crazy. Camera or no Camera if you don't have it in your heart you won't do things like Ryan does. This is a great man and we need more like him in this world. I mean that.
I worked supervising a crew where we were often quite aways from any nearby restroom. We ended up mounting a portajohn to the trailer. Portajohn was serviced after hours by the service company. Looked strange but nobody had an excuse to leave just for the restroom.
Ryan you need to get a porta john and mount to your trailer. I've seen them on other construction co. trailers. Besides when you get your new shop you don't want them guys taking a dump in your new bathroom. Or your going to be cleaning up after them. lol
I did flatwork some 30 years ago.. I dont miss the physical labor at my age. But I miss the shape I was in and love the art of it. Figuring out grades pitch and the setting up. Love watching this
Lol, ol Tino. That guy is a one of a kind. 💪 Stay strong Tino, and this is for you Carlito it's your job to keep Tino on the straight and narrow. Awesome work Ryan. Beautiful house you have the pleasure of working around.
Hey Ryan loving the videos, be sure to stock up on solid tubes and a good idea is to keep a stock pile of gravel at the yard. Keep up the good work and say hi to the crew and your family and mom from the Alexander family in Newfoundland, Canada
Why shouldn't shaggy have the chance to make easy money, maybe your friend isn't a good boss and what if shaggy would turn out to be one of the hardest workers you've ever had
You beat me to it. Millennial Farmer, Dirt Perfect, Lets Dig 18, all use those things. You fill at a bulk plant or have fuel delivered. Either saves money. Ryan needs a service setup for all that equipment. Multiple tanks allow for on and off road fuel.
