Used panels are great but can be hard to match with smaller portable power stations like the EcoFlow River if they aren't strictly "12v" in design. I go over my process of finding a panel appropriate and modifying for this purpose.

Another approach is a simple buck converter. The MPPT in the River may freak out (some do, most don't) as the regulated output of a buck doesn't match a panels output curve.
