Yes I like that Big Z’s videos aren’t full of tonnes of other crap to wade through before you actually see a set. His training itself seems remarkably simple as well and made him stronger than anyone else.

All strongmen in history will have their strength and merits compared to "The Greatest" Big Z. I think he will be talked about long after all of us are gone because he is not only the greatest strongman ever but one of sports greatest! Long live Big Z, may he rule over all strongmen
been watching strongman for 30 years. Dont know why but Big Z is really likeable and👏👍🙌 shockingly strong in events. Hope he comes back to full strength and does not retire
Part of what I love about these is that they are straight forward ant to the point, no needless chatter like Shaw has. Granted what Shaw does is sometimes entertaining and such as well, but I just love the way Big Z handles these.
Big Z does these to provide information while Shaw, Eddie, Thor, and Martins are doing it to entertain their fans. Both are great because Shaw has a million subscribes and is bringing new people into the sport including me. I liked WSM on ESPN but it wasn't until I started watching Shaw's videos that I got into the sport. However once you are already in strongman Big Z is great because then you can learn how to be better from the best of the best.
I do enjoy the other Strongman videos out there... very entertaining and fun to watch. But for straight training info... technique, sets, etc, none compare to Z. A wealth of info in 5 minutes that might take 25 elsewhere.
What makes you so great is that you just get on with it and focus on what’s important. You’re probably the most chilled out strongman not getting involved with all the shit between Eddie and Thor. The greatest of all time❤️

Shoulders are my favorite part to train, I love feeling the pump in them after the training! Funny note: notice how "Z press" (great exercise) is called after Zydrunas, but he himself pointed that he never does it? Haha, crazy.
I love Big Z gives the context of his workout without being too flashy and talking too much, just straight to the point. Somehow more educative than Brian Shaw one, no offense to Brian but sometimes he talked too much to the point I just wanna say to him "Just Straight to The Point Already Sir"
Big Z - as you are the best ever lived at OHP would be great to see a full training session with the intensity. Also be good to know how close you train to your 1 rep max on working sets.
Big Z: Is there a reason why the form is so different for DB vs. Cable side laterals? Looks like the DB version is more in front of you and has more elbow bend. Thanks for showing us your workout!

Just hit shoulders today! Unfortunately I don’t have dumbbells and barbells at home nor weights, so I had to rely on two backpacks filled with books and some calisthenics exercises. It does the job though!
