The quietest are the strongest the ones that make noice are all ego lifters 😂😂 they wouldn't last one day in the extreme hear working all day. And carrying heavy weight. The gym is nice and cool, fresh. But in the heat or cold it's a different story.
Little Bill Still ego lifting. Lower the weight and do full reps, doesn’t matter whether you’ve just walked into the gym or you’re the strongest man in the world, the same principles apply.

The rope bicep curl on the cable and the overhead tricep extension are absolute killers. You get a real good mind muscle connection and great rip out of them. That one arm drop set at the end on the tricep is also a right killer. You can see his form breaking down because he’s just spent/knackered - that’s the way to do it! Thanks Big Z. I'd love to hear Z's forearm tips. Until then, hammer curls and reverse curls are your friends. Make sure your thumbs are above the bar to increase effectiveness.
Thanks to everyone for your answers ^^, I usually train my forearms like some of you said, and with other excercises, it was just curiosity of seeing the 4 times WSM training his forearms. It's so nice to se people like you that what to help :D
