Today I am going to present to you the recipe for my favorite Korean stew: biji jjigae, sometimes also called Kongbiji-jjigae. This is a stew made with tofu, pork and kimchi.🍲
Some people find tofu boring. But in Korea we eat a lot of it.😋 So there are lots of ways to taste it, often delicious. The technique that I propose to you in this video makes it possible to explode the taste of tofu and to find the flavor of soy beans (with which tofu is made).🤩
I really advise you to try this stew even if you don't usually like tofu. That way you can tell me what you thought!😃

🍲INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
700g firm tofu
280g kimchi
300g pork loin
10 cm white leek
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fermented anchovy sauce
½ tsp of sugar
½ tsp sesame oil
Salt
1 tsp gochugaru korean chili powder (optional)
