This work out really works I have been doing this for over 1 year and pipo think I had my booty done 😅my booty is more round and lifted even though I lost weight at first but I later understood for your booty to tone up u need to lose some booty fat 😅 thanks Lilly

I really enjoy your workouts and feel the results. I have done several of your workouts and the music really makes a difference. When I feel like I can’t keep going I loose myself in the music and end up finishing the set 😊. The music on this workout however didn’t really click with me, maybe too slow or just couldn’t get with the vibe. Luckily you have other workouts and will just make a switch. Thanks for all you do!

Hoy 18/07 practique esta rutina, aquí estas todo el tiempo casi acostado en el piso haciendo los ejercicios, no ocupas equipo, esta un poco cansada, aquí se me cansaron los glúteos y sentía algo de dolor en los glúteos mientras hacia estos ejercicios, aquí se me cansaron los glúteos no las piernas

Doing this. Today: 47.5 kg. Goal is to tone up and lift. Im using a resistance band and 7.5 lb dumbell on leg and ankle weights (maybe 3lb each?) Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️

I love all this but it hurts my knees to kneel like this. I use two yoga mats doubled up but don’t know what else to do to take the pressure off my knees.

if you're not in an extreme calorie deficit and you're only doing this workout then it's not gonna make your butt smaller. it'll make it rounder and perkier
