take meditation seriously and do it routinely. It sounds New Age but it really does work. Been done for thousands of years. Buddhist monks in protest let themselves on fire and meditated silently as they burned alive. that's the power of it.

I'm researching a fast solution for these problems. It's neuronal circulation methodology. By Discharging neuronal energy, the neurons causing stress or anger can be quickly neutralized resulting in not experiencing anger or stress. So far, I'm the only living example of not having stress or anger. I used to but, not anymore. I also don't experience sadness. Anytime I would experience a sad moment, my neurons recirculate energy to my neurons for happiness. I actually feel joy when listening to sad songs.

Women and Men should get together just for the self evident mutual “needs” , people with no Children no problem, people that want children YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE PLAN FOR 18 years every time you “pop” one out.
