David is the best tenor on the planet as far as I am concerned. He believes every single word he sings. He is 53 and just as fabulous today. Another amazing song off his newest album, Gamechanger', must watch 'Hello Beautiful'. His Stories and Songs Vol 1, 'Fly Again'

Anthony Burger on the piano was spectacular. Sadly he died way too young. He died on a Gaither cruise doing what he loved for the savior he loved. Amen

I knew this one would “knock your socks off”… best tenor on the planet! David moves me also and his voice saved me from some dark times. I have seen him in concert a few times and at 53 years of age, he still brings the house to their feet! Phenomenal! Try “we shall behold Him”, “Just as I am”, “end of the beginning” & “no more night”…. Fantastic!

What a genuine beautiful reaction. I watch this over and over and never cease to be moved by it - goosebumps, tears, almost takes your breath away - I agree - once I heard David sing this song - no-one else will ever be able to sing it. He is annointed, his voice is straight from God. And he is so humble. There are so many wonderful songs and performances by David, and he is amazing in all of them. He is doing more secular stuff now, but I still love the older Christian performances. All his songs from Freedom and all with the Gaithers. Some great songs that will again fill you with peace and emotion are Water (with his daughter), End of the Beginning and my favourite We Shall Behold Him! I believe David will be leading the choirs in Heaven. LOVE LOVE LOVE him.

Can you believe this was taped love in 2000. He had recorded so many wonderful contemporary Christian songs and a few secular songs and he is in his 50's now and is still the best tenor on the planet. To get you motivated, try reacting to his "NO MORE NIGHT", "THE END OF THE BEGINNING" AND "WE SHALL BEHOLD HIM" . There are many more you can react to after that, but if "OH HOLY NIGHT" moved you to tears of joy, then these will cement your opinion of how anointed David is.

Thank you for your transparency in reacting to this gift God gave us in this song. I truly believe that God opened the windows of heaven and a lot of this song to pour out into this man and into this place. I believe it was a true visitation of the anointing of the holy Spirit. We cannot walk away from a song of this caliber without being touched in the heart. It's the most powerful song I have ever heard in my life. Everything else is a distant second.

Good job! Here is a question though. Is he an actual Angel? I mean, we often times compare a female singer--Alison Krouse for example--to sounding like an angel, BUT in the Holy Bible whenever we read about an Angel, they are ALWAYS male. Michael, Gabriel and even the Nephelium are said to have been males who came down to earth to mate with human females.
