He was in the process of buying a 60s model Cadillac for $7,000 and he said he would triple or quadruple his money when he resells it in Europe. So I figured he was asking $30,000 for it after he got it over there.
At the end it appeared to look like Bill got beat on the start, but came around Billy about mid way through the race and kept pulling. Lol. Billy won't let that be for too long. Lol

I was always a Chevy guy growing up but was fond of Mustang's because the were and still are everywhere. Never thought Billy would get one. I love that color. Beautiful and clean. As a 53 year old with a terrible back ,I feel bad for your brother. I'm praying for all of you guys. God bless

i have a 94 mustang GT been sitting for 9 years now. Had a BBC for it. If my money ever gets right it will be going in it. My daughter is 12, she wants the car, we will see. I've never been much for mustangs but when they built Molly's car I really liked that car. Glad to see Billy found another nice fox body. We need a street car list soon Bills Malibu, Billy in the mustang, Kenny's Camaro, Allison's dart and the boy in the white truck would all be fighting for that top spot. Lol Love the videos

I always been a Chevy guy myself, but always loved Mustangs too. Had plenty of Camaros over the years and they were pretty good cars. I kinda did the same thing Billy did lol. I was looking through Craigslist one day and saw this Mustang that somehow grabbed my soul lol. It was an S197 car which at the time was actually my least favorite Mustang. But this one was different, it was a Roush car and was one of the sexiest Mustangs I ever laid eyes on in my opinion. So I immediately went over and bought it. It’s just a nice street car with a little stroker 5.0 3v, (they come with a 4.6), and a whipple supercharger. Nothing crazy, just around 550hp, with a 5speed. It’s a amazing little street car that is just a lot of fun to drive anywhere. I guess it just goes to show if you love cars, it really doesn’t matter who makes them, as long as you love them and have fun that’s what matters. Of course I catch some hell from my buddies for having a “blue oval” in the garage after years of being a Chevy man lol, but that’s ok it’s all good.
Fords are very different when you’ve had Chevy for a long time. Usually it’s to much of a change for people to the point it’s easier to hate them than give them a chance but there are somethings that ford has done with the mustang that makes them so much fun. I have a 13 GT with the new 5.0 in it and man that thing is fun. It’s hard to keep it under the speed limit at times but if you go for a little drive and set the cruise it pulls like 26 miles to the gallon and with gas prices the way they are it sure is nice to have the option to have fun and be somewhat economical. Enjoy your car man sounds like fun to me.
I have owned Chevy's my whole life,I have a Ford Fusion and a Ranger in the garage. Cool to see Billy with an open mind about what he likes to drive. Shows a true love for autos.Keep up the good work.
Man that is awesome ! I love 5.0 mustangs ! I was putting 460s in them back in 1985 made my own oil pans and motor mounts. Exhaust was a pain. Technology wasn't what it is today. But I think a stroker windsor is a better way to go ! Stay safe . Keith

I’ve been a fox body owner since 1986 and had the same one since 1991, not sure how I ended up caring about the lives and adventures of some Chevy guys on the other side of the river

That is a clean Mustang...never thought I would see Billy owning one since he didn't buy Molly's...I grew up with friends who had em,I got to drive a few...they are fun...I am not a Ford guy either,but I am thinking about getting one when my bike is paid off...mid life crisis time and all,I just turned 48,and I love banging gears too...

My pops worked at avon Ford plant 48 years! And the fox body is one of there best hot rods! And a ford is a good daily! But a chevy is my favorite! To play with! Hey Bill I just want to say my friend you and your family are amazing people and you letting us into a just a glimpse of your life is a blessing to all I love your morals and your old soul I’m 48 years old and I value the old ways and how you take on projects planning so many steps ahead is amazing to me. Todays life problems to me this is my opinion start with how kids today are raised everyone has forgotten how to raise their children they have forgotten to teach their children respect and hard work. But not you your boys are amazing boys and they know what it takes to have success without stepping on other people and cutting corners. That’s all because you raised your boys right I’m by no means a saint but I do know good honest hard working people and you all are the poster family of that love what your doing bud keep up the good work
Never been a fan of mustangs, but I gotta say, Billy found a nice one! Another observation Bill, it’s amazing to watch the boys grow up, and you letting Billy take his lumps. Unfortunately it’s part of life, watching your kids make mistakes. Never easy, especially in this scenario but thankfully he wasn’t hurt. I’m sure dear old dads advice is definitely setting in. The transformation I’ve seen with you and Billy especially, has been great! Just my opinion, but I have built a TON of SBFs on that platform with a stick shift. Victor Jr with a 750 double pumper. It will be a little flat down low but pull great through the mid and top end range. With the stick, you'll never notice the slight power loss down low. Of course I don't know what head is on the engine but assume it is something halfway decent. Best of luck.

Sounds like they ground off all of the weld reinforcement.I see that happens alot.Seems like a small issue but a huge mistake on any welds.Great to see Kenny and Harley back.That Mustang looks really nice. The Malibu might have to go on a diet.

Great find Billy! I've got an 86 GT that's the same color (Medium Canyon Red) with a 306 (405 hp), 5-speed, 3:55 gears. It's a lot of fun to just drive around.
i had an 85' GT California special (different taillights). last year carbureted,first year roller cam+factory tube headers. bought the car with a new set of bfg t/a radials and a smoked clutch. 4 months later after donuts,burnouts etc tires bald and ready for another clutch. w/cruise set at 55 would get 22mpg commuting back and forth to work. those cars have terrible understeer unless you really plant the front end.......then the ass end goes around you. whole lot of fun!
Hey old man it's been awhile since I commented but, seeing Billy's mustang that he just got what a beautiful car it really truly is very clean! I just had to say that when I was 16 years old actually a little bit before that my brother had bought a 1981 hatchback 1981mustang high output 4 speed, sunroof ,cowl induction hood, louvers on the back window, side windows, dark blue paint. And yes for my 16th birthday he gave it to me and for a 16-year-old young man's first car got me in some trouble I must admit! But I had fun! I'm happy for all of you! you all work really hard ,Billy has come so very far in a short amount of time and I'm very proud of him and I know you are too!! I myself at almost 47 years old cried a little bit when I saw that beautiful mustang! I'm not a Ford guy but that mustang is beautiful! God bless you all!!
As a ford fan, and especially of the fox bodies, I love it. I’ve always had a soft spot for those, and wanted one, I just don’t fit them too well. I’m a little too big to drive them comfortably daily. The 05+ body cars I fit great in though. That one that Billy bought though is really clean.
