This gentle Qigong exercise routine develops flexibility, mobility, and relaxation throughout the upper body, including the wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, and upper back.
While this program focuses specifically on relieving stiffness in the upper body, you may also notice psychological benefits such as lowered stress, more focus, better energy levels, and more positive emotions. As stress levels go down, the immune system, digestion, and detox systems of the body work more efficiently, leading to full body healing.
Qigong treats the whole person - body, mind, and energy - and so yields a variety of benefits even as it treats a specific ailment. This meditative movement practice can also be good for headaches and insomnia.

Nick. I want you to know that I have been experiencing chronic pain in back and shoulder. I started doing your exercisers and in just 2 days I FEEL GREAT. I can NOT believe it, I feel this sense of wellbeing. I can not believe these silly movements are so beneficial. THANK YOU please don't stop doing this videos.

Thank you so much, Nick, for putting these videos on RU-vid. I discovered them about three months ago and now I'm addicted. I look forward everyday to doing my Qi Gong. I have done yoga for years but I find the Qi Gong more meditative and calming, which we really need in the world today. The locations are just beautiful too. I never would have tried Qi Gong, but I stumbled across a video for bioenergetics and then found your bioenergetics. I have had hip problems for years like 30+. Shoulder problems too. I walked no mater what but it finally got so bad I couldn't walk. I didn't want to my hips hurt so bad. A couple days doing this routine and I'm walking again (paths in my yard with my dogs) my hips are still off kilter but I can and want to walk again. Last couple of days I was digging up weeds in my fields. First day wasn't so great but today no problem. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and helping others. Blessings.

What are you? Some kind of super genius?? Human? My neck and shoulders feel like they've been liquified. Literal candle sticks melted, strained, relieved of impurities, and slowly solidified and massaged back into my broken torso. Also, great voice and face. Thank you so much. This is the best neck & shoulder "treatment" I've ever had at home and I think I've tried them all. My back feels wonderfully tired. I think I might be able to get some sleep now. Do you have a video for low back pain? I have a pinched nerve in my neck and low back both from a 50+ year old car wreck.

Hey Nick, my shoulder has been pretty painful for atleast a year. Qi Gong really helped me release the tensions and in particular my shoulder has been in pretty good shape, I can paint again! Lifting groceries has been a breeze lately so am grateful 🙏 I have been doing this particular exercise almost daily for a few months. I have also recommended to friends and strangers who happen to have shoulder injuries or other injuries on your channel. 10:53 pm I’m suffering from a frozen shoulder and a lump in my left upper arm. Feels like a muscle but it’s not. These exercises are really helping, although painful to do! Thank you. Any advice would be welcomed. I have RA🙏🇨🇦🙏

Hi Nick, another wonderful routine. It's my go-to for neck pain and to release tension out of my stressed upper body. Question: at the end of this I often still have ice-cold hands. Any suggestions? Or just keep practicing and letting to to the best of my ability? Thanks!

I just found this exercise session and I felt great! Feeling an Energy release and a buzz that is similar to a 90 min session with hot yoga, but so targeted to where I tend to accumulate tension: neck, and upper back behind shoulder blades. Thank you!!!!

I was feeling some pain in my neck so thanks to Neck... Now I'm feeling much better.. It's a strong exercises you can do it whenever you're and at less than 20 minutes you'll feel better... Your body may sweet even if the exercises are not Heavy which means the release of negative enery

I can't open my hand like this ( 4:25) thn hw to do this exercise😢😢or we can do one exercise daily to heal shoulder n elbow pain if yes thn plz tell me 🙏 At the time of 8:18 by doing this one my hands are not opn becoz of knock bones of wrist thn is it okk if I do this exercise without opening hand or palm 🤔🤔

Wow, nice long session but not tiring. One of those arm twisting exercises is the only thing I've ever found that undoes a certain gnarly knot that's been in my bicep for years! Not even acupuncture could break it. Slightly painful first few times then the arm just goes smooth. Ahh! THANK YOU.

Thank you for your practice, Nick. I think what you're doing is perfect so I'm not asking you to change anything but it would be nice if you could occasional do some yoga practices and combine them with Qi Gong and talk about how they relate. Thank you :) For this video I was using a Purple Panda Lavaliere Mic. You can plug them right into your smartphone and record audio into your pocket, or transmit to your camera with a transmitter body pack.
