BIRCH TREE POPYPORE MUSHROOM DUAL EXTRACTION TINCTURE ‪@lulishomestead6767‬ video is describing a simple method of double extraction tincture making. When using dry herbs or mushrooms I use 1:5 ratio (1 part dry herb by weight to 5 parts liquid by volume). Because I used hot water decoction extraction, I used a two step method with clean hot (very slow simmering) water over 24 hours and high proof alcohol as the second step (6-8 weeks). I used the equal amounts of water and alcohol for this tincture.
This home remedy will be good to have on hand just in case.
