Ciara! So lovely to see you again. Totally feel you with the reading slump or the inconsistencies with it. For me personally, I read so much over lockdown that I set high expectations for myself when the world went back to normal. I’ve lowered my expectations and decided to not buy any books and shop my shelves! I’ve really enjoyed reading a bit more this year. Currently reading Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin and cannot put it down! I have a similar reading palette to you and this, for me, is very different and enjoyable. I know you love and care so much about your pets(and animals overall), and i don't know your reasons but consider switching the bell collar,it really bothers the cat and it's a bit stressful hence they can hear much better than us, if you have the time search it up, I say this a cat's tutor that also used to do it. glad you're back :)

But man i was wrong, i got hooked, it saved my winter blues. ACOWAR is my favorite. Im now in TOG era, but i dont know why im just not that invested, lots of books, still on second book.
