Divide 1 lb. of 80/20 burger into 4 pieces.
Smash a 1/4 lb. of burger at a time in between
2 sheets of wax paper. Make it 25% bigger than the
bun you will be using. Put crumbled blue cheese in
between 2 sheets of meet and press together.
Makes 2 big burgers or 3 smaller ones.
Cook to medium on the grill and garnish with thin
fried ring onions and thin tomatoes.
Butter the buns and grill golden brown as well.
They taste so good you will not need ketchup!
