35-year eczema suffered here... I started taking approximately a tablespoon of black seed oil a day 3 years ago. I have not had an eczema breakout in 3 YEARS!! I used to get them EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I'd GET 2-3 MAJOR breakouts EVERY YEAR that LASTED for MONTHS. I was miserable, embarrassed that I couldn't show my skin or stop scratching. Felt like a leper with the red breakouts or scarred skin. That's crazy I just bought this stuff yesterday and took some last night and I have insomnia well dang I was asleep by 11! A miracle! I usually stay up til 2 or 3am and I'm up by 7am I'm always tired! But I thank God for this oil so far so good 👍

We love this video! It is important to remain consistent when taking black seed oil in order to really see the benefits. The taste can sometimes be difficult, though. Take the seed, organic oil, or try the vegan black seed oil gummies.

Out right taking blackseed oil is not for the faint of heart. Unless you enjoy the taste of gasoline in your food. However, taking it in a capsule form is fantastic. Bar none....she has the most GORGEOUS hair I've ever seen.

@@davidupton5213 Hi David, you may want to look into vitamin drips for your Lymes, I saw a lady crying of relief because finally something was making a difference and giving her her life back, she had lymes. I was having MS like symptoms (hell on earth) and they gave me my life back. Black seed oil definitely helped and helps with so many things don't get me wrong but the thing that finally nailed it for me was the vitamin drips. Don't know if it would heal you completely but it will definitely give your body a boost. Hope that helps, and I hope you heal soon. I've been taking BSO from Mother Nature organics For couple MONTHS. My initial impression is a good one. Comparing to other brands, I really like the texture and improved taste. It's much thicker and richer looking. It also doesn't burn going down. I take 2 tablespoons a day as I believe nearly All supplement recommended dosages are too low. I already noticed health improvements, particularly cardiovascular wise and joint pain. When I tried to re-order, Seller ran out and I needed to order so I tried another BSO seller. Product seemed much weaker (diluted?) not nearly as close in quality. Waited a bit for Mother nature organics to re stock up. Love the product

People apply it to the scalp for hair growth. You can get black seeds from your local south asian store or wherever and drop a handful into a chosen oil i.e. Castor oil, olive oil and leave it in a dark place for a few days. Shake well and apply it your hair. It didn't _work wonders_ for me; i think taking it internally will be more beneficial

I ordered mine last night the original one nothing fake one and it isn't this brand...I don't think this brand is real I tried it 2 years ago in 2019. It suppose to be black not green. I do! If you have the pills, you can keep them in a cool dark cabinet, but for the liquid, I keep it in the fridge once opened.

I see all the wonderful thing BSO is doing for everyone but it seems to not be doing anything for me almost a month in and my allergic rhinitis/post nasal drip still going strong with no slowing down. I keep hearing it works for mucus but it isn't helping me. It also raised blood pressure that was normal for a whole month😢 can anyone give me good news? Is it working for your post nasal drip?

I’ve used it for 4 days and it gave me a huge boost ! Also my mucus is more less. And my bowel movements are way different I also did switch up my diet once started taking !! So if you tryin cure something you have to cut out a lot of food... sugar also.... I use Bionatal it all depends wat bso you use.

Have you taken an allergy or food sensitivity test? Dairy does that to me. Try going without for 5 days. No ice cream, cheese, milk or anything. Wheat does the same thing to my son.

It's actually the proteins in the milk called, casein and whey. If you forget and digest dairy, you will have to count your 5 days all over again.

I ordered a 16oz bottle from BioNatal right here in Texas. As long as u don't overdo it, you'll be fine...I ALWAYS take a teaspoon amount EVERY morning!!!!😎

It works well together while using the BSO😁 i eat pretty much anything, loves fast food soooo I had to force myself to change up my eating habits a little bit so I can see the benefits better😎

I brought a bottle of the liquor BSO about a month ago. The first time I took it was before I went to bed. I took a dropper full per direction, which wasn't much. An hour later woke up with horrible anxiety. I was surprised and shocked and was wondering why. But I didn't think it was the BSO because of all the good things it suppose to help, even anxiety. I am taking bso to see if it would help me with tmj pain, sinus and allergies. I took half the dose the next day a few hours before bed. Anxiety hit a few hours later but not as bad. So, I stopped for a few days and the anxiety stopped. Decided to try the BSO again, just a few drops and the anxiety began a few hours later. I realized that the BSO was causing the anxiety. Maybe it was because it was in liquid form, which taste horrible by the way. So...Have anyone had Black Seed Oil caused them anxiety?

I take it sometimes twice a day and I haven't noticed any anxiety. Btw, I have a panic disorder. If anything it's helped alleviate stress.

Dairy gives me sinus problems. I have a food sensitivity to dairy. I was always getting bronchitis, vertigo because of drainage to my ears, sinus pressure, congestion, felt like my head weighed a ton. No dairy no more problems. Takes 4 to 5 days to get it out of my system. My son has the same problem with wheat. These are mucus forming foods.
