It's so easy to take with honey, get raw honey, put one spoon of honey and 5/7 drops of BSO on the honey and take it, or even better if you crush about 5 black seeds and sprinkle on the spoon of honey

I mix a teaspoon of black seed oil into a small glass of orange or pineapple juice every night and every morning. Not unpleasant at all.

I 100% agree with you! I tried to mix it with raw honey... all I did was torture myself more. I will try the under the tongue. I am a very physically broken veteran, and this helps my arthritis and all over body pain ESPECIALLY my back.... People EMBRACE the SUCK! get it in any way you can. Cuz BABY!!!! It's helping. I have to have a conversation with myself every time I take it whew.... but after I do that pain melt away and my joints inflammation goes down.... It's worth it. Oh and I take it every 3 days. The pain relief last about 4 days.

You only have to shake the bottle if you get the unfiltered kind. That's why I always buy the filtered kind of oil. Shaking the oil will add air and the oil will go Rancid faster.

For sleep take Black seed oil and pumpkin seed oil before bed ( pumpkin seed oil has Tryptophan that will help you sleep as well and help you dream) also a little Ashwagandha

I like ashwaghanda but I stopped taking it, it has a dark side with it acting as an anti depressants and it can make you feel numb to everything after a while of taking Bloody love black seed oil though

Thank you for this video. I looked up Bionatal and read the information and it sure looks like Bionatal is at least one of the best brands available. I’ve been taking black seed oil for a few months now after I saw the first video you did on black seed oil and after a friend of mine recommended it. I know that I sleep better and it seems I’ve got more energy and I’m sure I’m getting the other benefits from black seed oil as well. I’ve tried brands like Heritage, Lu Lu Naturals and Mercola Biodynamic black seed oils but I think you convinced me that I should try Bionatal. It’s more expensive but the quality looks like it’s worth it.

Ok I havnt ever shaken the bottle before putting it on the spoon and taken it. So before it was always oil looking. But now after shaking the bottle its actually black. Is that normal?

@@faciajordan1660 well, I hv osteoarthritis in my hip and other places. While taking the BSO, it helped with everything except my hip. My hip had gotten so much worse in terms of pain. My God, it hurt so bad. I use a cane from time to time when I'm out and about just for security but I had to use it around my apt just to walk! So, I stopped taking BSO just to see and said I would resume taking it in several days. Well, in 3 days of not taking it, my hip was feeling a lot better. Made me sad cuz the BSO was doing wonders in other areas. My hip now after 14 days has its normal pain and feels even better when I take my prescribed pain meds. They didn't work while I was taking the BSO. 😔 I'm back to not using my cane in the apt and my pain is very minimal. Now, maybe there are other reasons for all of that pain but I hv to go on job interviews that I put off due to the pain so I won't be taking the BSO until I secure a job bcuz I was really hobbling and exclaiming out loud in pain. It was worse than I ever felt. Smh...
