I love my Blackstone griddles, Dutchy! I'm sure you know by now that chain thing is for holding a match to light it if, for some reason, the ignighters fail. I haven't had that problem yet..... That bacon egg sandwich looked delicious!👍😋

I just bought an electric Masterbuilt smoker.cant wait to use it but it started snowing today in Ottawa (haven’t had much so far which is unusual but no such thing as global warming right?), the Rideau Canal might have a second year with no skating on it. Thanks for the review Steve, been debating all over Xmas/New Year whether to buy a Blackstone 28" or Pit Boss Plancha 4 burner or get the Weber Full Griddle Insert For my Genesis 335S along with many reviews and one's like yours.. I Think due to stuff already owned another dedicated one would take up to much space outdoors. So going for the insert is my favoured choice at the moment , as overall temp control still looks good with the Genesis and the possibility of 2 zone cooking with the sear function. Looking forward to seeing some recipes on your channel for griddle cooking to provide me with some inspiration Happy New Year and keep up the good work
Brown Sauce. It’s a favorite her in the UK. It’s hard to describe, ut this is the description, “ HP Sauce has a tomato base, blended with malt vinegar and spirit vinegar, sugars (molasses, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), dates, cornflour, rye flour, salt, spices and tamarind. It is used as a condiment with hot and cold savoury food, and as an ingredient in soups and stews”
