You need to make sure that when the pole aligns with each of the six combinations of the phases it generates a different code. Example: +u-v = 011 -v+w = 010 +w-u = 110 -u+v = 100 +v-w = 101 -w+u = 001 You also need to make sure that the string of wires, usually yellow, green and blue are in the same sequence as the wires of the sensors
