Blender 4.1 Alpha introduce new EEVEE render engine called EEVEE Next, that increase virtual shadowmapping that eliminate shadow light linking and reduce relative low memory.
EEVEE Next increase shadow resolution and maximum sharpness and you can test with different Blender Demo scene by downloading Blender 4.1 Alpha and enable Developers extra options
