BMW E46 320D 150HP 320NM - 260HP+ 550NM+
Car was tuned by MADturbo and have the following configuration:
- Hybrid turbo
- Upgraded intercooler
- 63mm straight pipe
- R90 High pressure pump
- 2200 bar rail sensor
- Upgraded clutch
- Custom remap by MADturbo @ 2.1 bar boost
- ANTILAG with shooting flames is made by car software

I had one m47, 150hp 330nm stock and broke one piston because of a small injector leakage. Hope that lasts but I doubt with that treatment.

Love the video! Is there any way to get a full breakdown of the specs of the build? Turbo? Block work? Exhaust? Ect… I have a 2004 e46 320cd looking at following a similar route?! Any help would be appreciated!

Salut , nu ți-a scuipat niciun injector până acum ? Și eu vreau sa pun aceiași mapa dar nu prea vreau sa schimb injectoarele de la an la an

Hi im doing a similar project with a GTB 2260 but i cant find a fuel rail pressure sensor would u mind telling me which car u took urs cause i found one from a 330XD e90 a 2200 bar but idk if it fits on my e46

Hello! I mounted rail sensor from BMW E90 320D 177HP but you need to cut a little from the ramp for the sensor to seal and also you will need the connector from 177HP engine

Why are you using 220bar sensor,if the injectors for euro 3 can stand aroud 1600bar and euro 4 around 1700?

@@apexracing5470 i have 320td 6 speed manual stock clutch and flywheel , mine is euro 3 , i have 535d injectors , hybrid turbo based on oryginał turbo, EGR off , cats off, swirklaps off , im runing 240hp and 450 niutonometr torque , 1.85 bar boost.

@@safjkadebecause oryginal stock Garret 1749v i made IT hybrid , is a small turbocharger that is why the only 240 bhp, for me it's enough and it is plug and play.
