Yes, it has been so hot here in SoCal it is unbelievable. I cannot get enough time to wash, prep and coat my vehicles. Then when it cools down, the winds blow. I truly appreciate videos like this from someone in SoCal. Gives me more reason to pay attention to how you handle the same conditions. Good video. Always like the honest opinions.

I am a detailer and I have watched you for the reviews since you started this and will say your work is fine and you do a good job. I agree on the Shinemate 620, that thing is just a beast. Its one of my favorites right up there with the Flex 3401, Flex Kompact 3 rotary, and the Dewalt cordless DA 5" 15mm throw polisher. If you every need a 3" I highly recommend the Flex Kompact 3 Rotary it is a beast that you can even screw on a 5" backing plate as it has a big motor inside and has a lot of power. Best thing though with all those polishers once you get them is to take that head apart and change out the grease with something Like Castrol blue grease, Chevron delo blue grease, Lucas Heavy Duty Green grease, or Lucas Marine blue grease. That will help you in the long run keep those heads cool when running hard. That heat over time will start to make those motors run slower. I know Brian at Apex likes Wolffshead red grease and I like Brian he is good at what he does but wolffshead is generic grease and nothing like those i listed

I have an 08 bmw 328i I found the same results you did uro fibre and fcc was perfect then I hit it with perfecting cream and a white rupes pad for more gloss. The polisher will make a light clicking sound on the lower speeds when it starts to stall I just bump it up to 4 and it will power through all my other polishers I have to hit speed 5 or 6 so they don’t stall out. Love my 620 after you get use to the polisher that’s the one you will grab 80% of the time. As for noice it’s the quietest one I have tried. Awesome job that car is so glossy man I’m impressed 👍🏻

That's a pretty amazing video! On your dial in combination I thought you nailed it with the lake country Orange pad but you can see a 100% the difference with the euro fiber 5050. Also Congrats on the new polisher!! I agree with the cons, especially the snout being too short. Reaction from the customer was awesome!! 😎👍

I’ve had great success with my Shine Mate rotary and as soon as my PorterCable kicks the bucket I’ll be getting the SM da in 15 mil. And YES I’ll be getting it from Chris at Carzilla. He’s a great lad to deal with. I hope you don’t get too jealous but I’ll be going there next week. 😏🤩

i used microfiber pad with boss fast cream last weekend and my mind was blown. i have a white bmw as well. i did the whole car last year with various foam pads with boss and a second pass with adams compound. even did a fast polish with boss. the little section on my hood i tested the microfiber pad had less defects than when i did my whole car with 2 passes and with polish. one day i will do over with microfiber pads. the edges of the pads scare me though vs foam. gets hotter fast too.

Not a fan of white cars, but this car turned out to really pop. It looks like a thick clear and you brought it back to life. Did you change the grease in the polisher? I noticed it was loud right out of the gate. A+ on the one step bro. I'm not in the market for another DA thank the baby jesus. See you next time.
