BMW X5 vs Range Rover Sport vs Porsche Cayenne S Coupe | SUV Showcase 4K (2021 test) 

I have the cayenne S (in same colour) and it’s all the car you need. With air suspension and sport chrono pack it really is Jekyll & Hyde. I’ve previously owned numerous Range Rovers but finally made the switch due to dreadful JLR build quality and reliability. The engineering in the Porsche is on a completely different level.

I recently wanted to update from my 2019 Toyota 4runner Limited, into a more luxury, sport performance SUV. My wife and I went to our local Range Rover / Jaguar dealership, and test drove the 2023 Jag f-pace. Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover Velar. All three vehicles were very beautifully designed cars, which felt luxurious, fast, and sporty. My wife and I were almost set on the Range Rover Sport HSE, but I paused for a moment and decided to go down the street to our local Porsche dealership, as we wanted to look at the Cayennes, just to make sure that we were making the right decision. As soon as we sat in the Porsche Cayenne, we were sold. There is really nothing like a Porsche, I must say. The Cayenne felt more refined, sophisticated, reliable, and sensible. If you want a beautiful, sporty looking car, with high performance, reliability, and resale, then go with a Cayenne. You won't regret it.

I nearly got a X5 but went for a look at a Cayenne Turbo S & came home with it. I love it and will always be a Porsche Fan Forever.

I love the RR sport. You have to remember, if it wasn't for Land Rover the BMW SUVs probably wouldn't be as good as they are today but obviously not better than the king of off road the Land Rover.

Range Rover Sport, even in its slowest engine config, is still King.

Offroad mode actually makes the ride more uncomfortable… the suspension gets harder to lift the vehicle up.

X5 hands down. The Porsche is kinda goofy looking. It may suit the ladies pretty good. But an X5 M50i or the Competition X5 will trump any of the competition across the board all day long! 😂

I have the 2020 BMW X5, Cadillac Escalade and now I am thinking about the Land Rover sport or the cayenne but my heart is leaning towards the cayenne, the Escalade is faster 420 Horsepower 0 to 60 5.4 second.

For that luggage test Same guy should’ve done it for all 3 cars For accurate results

For road presence and head turning the Porsche every day of the week , the others are just another Range Rover and just another BMW , what ever spec they are ,they just blend in with the rest of every day SUVs , but the Porsche , see one coming i look , because to every Cayenne , there are hundreds of the others , and thats why they set the bar .
