Hey! If you enjoyed the video you should take a second to press LIKE! Every little like helps :) I am also on... Facebook: / rinrygamegame Tumblr: / rinrybloopbloop Twitter: / rinrygamegame
I still like watching this episode once in a while. I miss Rinry. She's so fun to watch and listen to. I love her voice. I hope someday she comes back. Me likey Rinry! (Just kidding. It's an early Family Guy reference for those of you under 18.) BTW, I've played that Zelda game. I printed out the board in sections and taped them together. I also printed out the hearts and stuff onto stickers from a website I found and made the pieces. My friends and I played through a couple of times. It was kinda fun.
Hezekiah Ramirez She has a kid to care about, alrought she could at least record a vlog or something about it, because some stupid people think she died or something.
Aiur Ikiza Mostly people heard rumors about it. Such as Catobat. His first episode of A Koopa's Revenge 2 has become a talk board or forum before he declared he's still alive.
I really love these videos Rinry. I love the little in-game clips, like the part where you were explaining how you can't jump on enemies in Mario, and it showed Mario dying when he jumped on a goomba... Great production quality! I hope you never quit. :)
I'm still bedazzled by the amount of work you put into this episode, like the stuff where you play Zelda with yourself, or the effects during the Mario game... pretty amazing.
I was thinking a similar concept would be great for a D&D game on the Wii U. Think about it, the MAster has the gamepad and on his screen he can see the heroes monsters and traps, while the four other plyers control the four heroes and cant see the traps. The gamepad is essentially like the dungeon master booklet that shows each dungeon's layout.
Usually you can find copies of these boardgames available for print. I remember one time I found a printable version of a boardgame I wanted, I was able to print the gameboard images and the images of the game pieces. With some simple materials and a little imagination you can create a really cool homemade version.
I still have my Super Mario Bros. board game and Super Mario Bros. sleeping bag that was shown earlier! great video and thanks for explaining how to play the games. I always thought they were too convoluted for kids to play.
The Taco Bell Kids meal toys (where the N64 controller toy in the opening is from) are actually pretty dammed cool. One of them was this very immaculate looking Yoshi figurine that I thankfully didn't misplace during my childhood
Interesting even though they don't look fun but when you mentioned it is, it makes me want to try it though i doubt i'll ever come across this board game.
I used to own both the Super Mario board game and the Pac-man game. The Pac-Man game was awesome. You would go around the board set up to look like the board in the video game with a Pac-Man piece that would gobble up marbles. The other player played the ghosts who were also plastic pieces. Good times as a kid, good times.
I remember when I was little there was a board game a friend of my dad's had that was based on Pac-Man. I don't think I ever played it correctly, but I remember it had the coolest game pieces. You could even have a few marbles in the Pac-Man piece.
I'm glad you like old video games. Alot of kids today can't go without their XBOX's and PS3's. And what's really bad is the fact that they call these old gems "crappy and the graphics suck..." You got a new subby XD
Your idea of having that multiplayer op. on a Super Mario Bros could is interesting... since Miyamoto-san always have wanted to do something like that.
If anyone has these they should scan the manual and put up a list of components(including how many of each repeated thing there is...say 5 bowser cards and such) and board layouts (if not just scanning the boards aswell) so those of us who aren't fortunate enough to have one of these can prototype it to try out the experience.
3:53-4:14 You literally just described Super Mario Maker VS. I think that would be a very good DLC Mode for Super Mario Maker. Write an email to Nintendo!
What about the controls? The best way is 2 GamePads, but then you'd have to pay a good deal of money for not only the game, but the controller, & there aren't even any games that support 2 GamePads. Having a GamePad & a Wii Remote will give a big disadvantage to the player with the Wii Remote. 2 Wii Remotes will cause incredibly simple gameplay... but come to think of it, that might still be fun.
Many , many years ago I used to have a Pacman board game. The plastic Pacman had a clever hinged jaw that could eat up marble "power pills" Wish I'd kept hold of it! Anybody else ever own one of these?
@zer0graph it was a snippet directing you to watch it at 'Blistered Thumbs'.... she even wrote "as seen on Blistered Thumbs". Why did people like your comment?!?!?!
i really like your reviews they are different than other video game reviewers like avgn and irate gamer so don't take offense if i subscribe after i watch a few.
