Back when these videos were new my mom used to go to physical therapy every Thursday. I remember back then I used to go with and sit in the waiting room and all I would take with is my phone and maybe my DS. Of course being somewhere between like 12-14 I had no money so streaming something like Netflix was out of the question however, Sony had the Crackle app which was a free streaming service that had mostly bad movies on it and the 2000’s era Godzilla movies. So most of my time there was spent watching Godzilla vs Megaguirus and RU-vid where I would exclusively watch this, clan of the gray wolf, and pay the nes punk. I look back on that era with a weird nostalgia and the shining example of that was this channel. I adored watching rinrygamegame videos so much because it felt like such a different perspective on the retro video game scene at the time. I’ll always cherish those memories and will still sit idly by waiting and hoping for one return video some day. I hope you’re doing good and your kids are doing well, I because a father myself 3 years ago. Time flies man.
Randomly looking at old videos, saw thumbnail and instantly knew it was your video and remembered your name. What have you been up to these days? Ever come back to retro content?
Been getting some of these old videos from my RU-vid recommendations lately. I especially remember watching this one back in the day, since it gave my older brothers’ NES collection a second life. So, I don’t know if you’ll ever see this comment, but thank you from both 13 and 26-year-old me
в игре Sonic & Knuckles 4 вида бонусов, это же безумие в одной игре столько разных бонусных уровней, сейчас в 2023 в играх разработчики забыли про бонус уровни это очень обидно
Super FX was absolutely not "useless jargan", it was an extra processor that did math faster than the snes to allow 3d calculations. There was a planned Super FX2 as well
My favorites were the tank game (can't believe that wasn't released as it's own game, it's SO GOOD) and the circus game. There were no games where you could ride on an animal on the nes, so that was a really new thing back then. I had no idea there was an ice climber without the silly seals, they didn't die they just waddled home 😂 Love love love this game sm
The thing about the Super FX chip compared to the Genesis's supposed "blast processing" is that there's at least some merit to giving your hardware expansion chip a snazzy name.
Thanks a lot for these methods Rinry, the wiggle it method worked for me and you saved my retro night with Super Mario Bros. I really thought my Nes gave up on me.
Duck Hunt is my grandmother’s favorite NES game ever; along with SMB3. Although I’m a major fan of both games, my favorite Zapper Game will always be Wild Gunman.
@@symphony-of-the-mint2008 Yeah I only found this video 1 year ago apparently, & I don't even remember watching it. But yeah why would you boil your games for?
Man these videos are like traveling back in time. This gives a completely different vibe to the cooperate garbage modern gaming content is . Good to relive long lost experiences.
