Boat Transport -Day 7- Boating up the Hudson River 

Hudson River is primo cruising ground -- uncrowded, very scenic, lots of great places to stop.

The Hudson was my old cruising waters. Surprised you didn’t mention Bannermans Island, just before the Newburg bridge. Very interesting history, Google it. Hope you get to Erie before the snow.

Back in the days when i used to fly, i would take a skyhawk from the gw up the hudson. You should see it during the fall! Such a pretty flight. That river has tons of history all around it.

Kudos for calling it the TAPPAN ZEE bridge instead of the F'in Mario Cuomo Bridge.

I live in upstate NY and boat on the Hudson River every season and there is NO more beautiful river in the world, IMO. I cheered a little when you went under the Tappan Zee bridge and rightfully referred to it by the correct name as opposed the new politically narcissistic name.
