I can't believe there could have been 2 people who watched this video, or some of it, that disliked it. This is a great video of a famous state trooper named Bob Welsh, who has a heart of gold and knows how to tell a story or two. Thanks to Elaine Libla for posting this and I only hope more people watch this and learn some valuable lessons.
