The mother's meltdown seems to have distracted there shooter long enough for the cop to get to the car. You can seemingly hear the shooter telling the Mom to calm to down around moments before he is shot.
Did the lady who was screaming get shot? Or did she just watch it? Crazy they even have to deem him justified. Prayers out to the families of these officers

Why do they feel the need to mention the shooting was justified?... was there any question when someone actively shoots at police whether or not it's justified? I've never seen anyone mention the shooting was justified when police have put down school shooters...
