Use to love weight lifting, but every time I had to work in a tight space, I would cramp up after a few minutes. This would happen over and over again! Glade I found your channel, going to give your work out routine a try.

Comparing yourself to others is a waste of time, but dudes like you make my pretty slick physique feel bad haha I have been on a journey to move, look, and maintain posture like you do. Great static and dynamic stability. Your transverse abdominus is VERY strong relative to your rectus abdominus, which is extremely rare to see among even professional athletes! Hell most people can't even isolate their TA without RA recruitment. In short, you are pretty damn impressive man. You have to be in a superb state of health to have as functional of an abdominal wall as you do. You must eat really clean high quality organic food.

Rest as much as possible, change seated and standing positions so that you don't aggravate it (in other words, lay off all exercise til it heals), then wait a month or two

Just subscribed, got a question brother. Years ago hurt my left shoulder. I'm 55yrs old n been working out for over 30 yrs. I would say in very good physical condition. Continue to experience physical pain when performing correctly standard push ups when doing inclined push ups yields no pain. Also, have been a long term fan and user of the total gym equipment. I've created various types of push up movements utilizing negatives n no pain...could you please suggest any ideas on doing exercises for an injury to my left shoulder that would strengthen it. Thx, brother

I have trouble touching my chest on the bar on the inverted row. I can get very close and stay there, is there a small muscle i should focus on strengthening for that last half inch. I think my range of motion should be able to get there easily.

Hey there! Just focus on having good posture and feeling the main muscles (on the back, shoulders, triceps and core (abs and glutes)). Main improvements u'll notice will be on depression strength and hip flexor strength, with good and frequent practice u'll get more stable, strong, balanced shoulders and some skills in movements like L-sit, support holds, dips, etc
