I'm planning to live Airbnb for a year just as soon as the World calms down. Researching the concept I came across you guys. Just watched a bunch of your vids and I'm exhausted. Please don't take offence but if you want more followers, make the vids more about the places you visit - reasons why you'd bother to go there, tips about getting around and making the most of the visit, interesting local shots and Airbnb hack - and less about you. You're obviously a nice couple and work up huge amounts of positive energy but we don't get on a plane to visit you. Sorry to criticize but I am trying to be constructive and wish you all the best with your future RV touring.

Hey @Tom McKernan - You know, watching our old videos make us cringe too. We leave them up so we don't forget where we came from. Not too sure if you have ever been in online business or part of a network marketing company (we used to be in a few, not anymore), but that was our first sniff of the online world. We were taught to "tie your life into your business." We were travelling, so that was the result. After a while, that straight up felt gross to us. So we dropped trying so damn hard, and decided we were just gonna show our bus build and be us. It was a huge risk to drop it all. It's been a pretty rough learning curve. That's the honest truth. We were doing what we were taught and working with the knowledge we had in the beginning. We were living the life travelling, and working online with the sweetest of views. But we were working our asses off, and missed a lot of the places we were cuz we were working on our business. So as for the old "travel" videos... We wish we showed more of the places we were, and didn't make a sales pitch in every video. Or feel like we had to tie a personal development moment into it to make it valuable. That is a whole different type of channel. We don't regret our videos, and we sure as heck don't regret our travels. Especially with the state of the world. It maybe years til we get to travel the way we did again. And as for the videos... You gotta stumble around, learn, and put yourself out there if you want to ever reach your goals. We may not be everyone's cup of tea, but there is lots of variety out there to choose from. One of the biggest things we have learned while making videos online is to not get bent out of shape by the comments people put out there. We appreciate feedback. It helps us make better videos. We are always testing and experimenting. Living in Airbnb's can be a lot of fun. You will certainly learn your preferences as you go. If you have questions about it just ask, we lived in something like 52 in 19 different countries. We are happy to help in any way we can. Take care. Erin + Brian too
