00:28:28 I have a 10-year-old sciatica. At least I think that is what it is, never had an MRI. Have been to chiropractor and physical therapy. Any suggestions on the Cellerciser? I jump 30 minutes 6 days a week. I don’t feel pain much when jumping, just a little. I won’t stop jumping too important to me. I feel more pain when walking and sleeping. I was hoping after Cellercising for 6 years it would go away🥴any suggestions 🤗😬
00:30:50 Does rebounding help get rid of visceral fat?
00:31:49 Also read that Rebounding can be bad news for people who have been diagnosed with pinched nerves, osteoporosis, or sciatica. The sudden forces that allow us to rebound are strong and therefore strain our spines by "compressing" it-in other words joints will stretch over time while pressure increases on discs. Is it true?
00:36:38 Does Cellerciser steps get recognized by Fitbit?
00:37:20 Why does my blood sugar go down immediately after rebounding but shoots back up like 20 mins later with no food consumption?
00:38:14 I would LOVE to know more about how to find clean water and GOOD food to enhance our cells!
00:38:57 Is it normal to feel dehydrated after using Cellerciser for a few mins 2 to 5 mins?
00:39:15 I jammed my knee last year, I had to baby it for a long time. I'm still having trouble with it. It seems that my hamstring is not wanting to release right away, and it takes a min for me to be able to fully extend my leg. What exercises would help this the most.
00:40:25 Did you make changes in strength 2 routine? I have few cloud icon next to certain moves.
00:41:11 I sprained my ankle last night. Any advice for it with the Cellerciser?
00:42:41 Can I rebound if I have a small lower back injury?
00:43:33 Any good exercises for muffin top and back rolls?

01:09:07 I did the baby bounce for about a month then I got on the Mr. rebounder app and did the beginner's number one. It was too easy, so I went up to number 9, the last one. Was my thinking correct on that? Is doing a workout twice a day instead of once better or is that overdoing it? You mentioned for insomnia getting up and doing a gentle baby bounce. If I do a more rigorous baby bounce is that detrimental to sleep? When do you know when it's time to move up to the next level on the Mr. Rebounder app? The one I'm doing now I think would give me a workout as long as use it. I have kyphosis -- my head sticks forward from my body. Any suggestions on a way to correct that using the Cellerciser? Also, any exercises for developing strong glutes?
01:15:18 How soon after a gallbladder surgery is it safe to get back on the rebounder?
01:17:26 How long to baby bounce before bed for sleep?
Before beginning any exercise routine, you should consult with your doctor. The Cellerciser helps expose weaknesses, so if you feel pain or discomfort while using the Cellerciser, consult with your doctor. Your doctor may also give Dave Hall a call for various Cellercise techniques that they may consider. You may also give Dave Hall a call and he can share with you techniques that you can consult with your doctor on. The DVD, “Cellercise...the Ultimate Exercise!” personal trainer section may also be referenced by your Doctor. Dave Hall has 30 years of experience working with doctors and health practitioners and is happy to consult with yours. We want you to have a growing and healthful experience.

I was jumping on a soft mat trampoline. I received my cellerciser on February 27 and have used it 5 days a week since. I can definitely tell the difference in my strength. It makes a big difference! Love my cellerciser. Thanks, Dave!

Hi David, thank you for your work and sharing of such a wonderful way of maintaining & recovering our health. Must say I am totally bought in by it. I have been using a Taiwan made rebounder (with German certification) working along your exercise routine. Found it amazing as i could see quite obvious results. e.g my drooping fat padded shoulder now taking on a ridged outline, (my bag straps always slide down my shoulder & i get very tired shoulder trying to push my shoulder up to keep my bag from sliding down) . i believe must be the melting of the fats in btw where the ligaments/ tendons attach to the joints at the shoulder. Also increased strength when climbing flights of long stairs, plus literally seeing my fats at the waist shedding away within a few days when i started the open sidekicks like the modified jumping jack that u demonstrated. I am also hoping that the lymphatic work out will keep a check on my viral load as I am a hep B carrier, for which the Dr is advising to start on lifelong antivirals, much to my Thank God for you and your work. May I ask if u have clients who had benefitted from painful gouty arthritis with the use of the celluciser?

How to address hormones changing for women in 40s who going weight due to peri menopause symptoms? How should women exercise ? There is so much Ilonline ,that we shouldn't stress our bodies because of cortisol that women already suffer , then that we should do heavy weights lifting, then that we should fast or not to fast . All is so confusing . Do you have any testimonials from women that couldn't lose body fat because of all this hormonal changes? How often should we exercise ? Especially women in late 40's. 🙏

Thank you for writing and I have felt the frustration of women dealing with hormonal issues for many years. Having the right balance is most important and working with a specialist can be helpful. Cellercise offers many benefits as a weight bearing activity while not needing to overly stress the body. It helps to stimulate circulation on many levels, ie., cardiopulmonary, lymphatic, endocrinol, As an overall, whole body, approach it can offers virtually every ‘body’ benefits for weight loss, muscle toning, bone, joint, digestion, stress reduction and much more. The body is constantly trying to communicate wit each of us through many modalities such as blood, hair, urine, physiognomy, iridology, foot reflexology, et. al. Learning what your personal body is trying to tell you is important and it is unique to you. There are many in our Cellercise family who can probably help direct you to a good endicronologist or wholistic practitioner. Calling Dr. Andrew Peterson at Whole Health Medical in Orem, Utah (part of the Cellercise family) might help point you or assist you with what to look for. Thank you for sharing. 🤗 .

Most women are not hormonally healthy before menopause, then menopause just makes insulin resistance worse. The key to lowering insulin is to eat fewer carbs less often, whether that means eating low carb/keto/carnivore and/or fasting. Another important factor is to eat high animal fat (Dr. Elizabeth Bright), as the symptoms we experience are not due to menopause, they are due to lack of eating properly generally, and not eating enough animal fat, specifically. Fat loss has nothing to do with calories and everything to do with hormones, specifically insulin, which when present in high amounts, blocks fat loss altogether. So, while exercise is not needed for fat loss, it is helpful. See Dr. Ben Bikman (insulin resistance), Dr. Ken Berry (proper human diet), and Dr. Jason Fung (fasting).

@@LauraB.335 i was keto from 2018, then from 2021 pure carnivore. At the beginning I lost body fat, and there was no problem . But after 15 months of just eggs , further cuts of meat, fish chicken i was gaining wight back. Body fat . Started to have red spots on my face . Yes I have good energy, I fixed my painful periods, I dont have headaches. But gained weight and doenst fo down no matter how I eat. More fat, or more protein 0 carbs. I watched dr.Midy Pelez , that woman should eat and fast differently. I stared to add some veg, low carb veg. I don't even crave sugar . Not sure what is going on. I've seen few videos that some woman lose weight on carnivore but then gaining weight back. Not sure why , eating 0 carbs ,the same things . After adding cabbage , some onions, garlic , tomatoes my skin cleared up. Why and what is going on ,I can't tell.🤷‍♀️

Definitely do Cellercise with Jessica daily on RU-vid. It doesn’t stress out the body and reduces cortisol so we can loose weight. It’s just the right pace, length, and has 10 seconds going all out. Add in the end add your own arm and chest workout to build the upper body on the Cellerciser.
