11:48 Is there any advantage to increasing daily rebound time beyond 10 minutes? Or are there adverse effects from increased rebounding that would offset any benefit beyond 10 minutes?
12:39 Bit of a cold at the moment so I just did health bounce for ten minutes today. Pulse got to 176 which is past my maximum heart rate for my age. I love the Cellerciser and it is amazing how effective it is. A bit different from what most fitness influencers present as you do not need an external weight of any kind, you simply leverage your own weight against the bounce of the Cellerciser. Simplicity. Also this method of exercise gives you more varied kinds of movement. While in general barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells give you up and down movement the Cellerciser gives you up and down, side to side, front to back and back to front movements without the need to change implements. You only change the way you are moving. This will benefit you with improved balance and prioception which is something do not necessarily get with every form of exercise. Want more definition in your quads? Simply do a more intense version of the health bounce with a focus on allowing your quads to absorb the effects of the bounce. It is so simple; just bounce and focus on what you want to achieve! This thing is genius.

@@cellerciseHello Dave and Jerry! Love love love my trifold! Took it along on vacation recently but had a problem. I tried every way I could to pack the balance bar into the case with the trifold and just couldn’t fit it in. Would you please do a video on the proper way to pack the complete unit into the wheeled case?

I put a few drops on each spring of the 3 in 1 oil that Dave recommends when I bought my cellerciser 3 years ago, haven't needed to oil it since, is still whisper quiet. Which is amazing to me.
