Boneless Crispy Panko Chicken With Veggies
It’s simply & delicious quick lunches or serve them for dinner tender & crispy it is the perfect way to upgrade any meal.
Ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce
Dash salt & black pepper
1 grated garlic
Rub well and set aside
STEAM VEGGIES
-2 broccoli florets (Soak & wash with salt & vinegar then fresh water)
-6-7 green beans cut the ends
-1 small carrots cut
-1 egg white
LETS COOK
-1/2 cup Panko crumbs
Lightly beat egg white in a shallow bowl add dash salt & pepper, garlic powder mix , onion powder
-Dip chicken breasts in egg white until coated, then dip in panko mixture, pressing chicken into the crumbs until fully coated.
Arrange in a single layer on a plate.
-Heat Olive oil in a large skillet/pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
-Serve with Steamed & sautéed veggies , Rice.
Note:
Chicken Marinade. No matter which marinade you choose, to make flavorful chicken breast. You can also simply combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and any of your favorite spices and herbs. Paprika, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and rosemary are all excellent choices.)
