Hello, everyone! Happy New Year! (I feel like I'm a bit late to the party...)
I'm so happy to pop in with a workweek vlog and say HELLO! I've not been very consistent with my content recently, but I do hope to show my face here more often and keep you updated with that I'm working on, writing (fingers crossed), etc.
I actually started filming a writing/editing vlog last week, so I hope to share that with you soon!

Love these week-in-the-life videos ❤️ as a writer who's been with you from the beginning, I really like when you pop up on my feed. For video ideas, I would love to see a vlog about you starting a project - particularly a lengthy fiction - and your process through the week(s), how even editors might have editing slumps, and then the celebratory last video once the project is edited and sent to the client. Just an idea, but I would be so involved in that process lol

I love this vlog! So glad to see you back but I watch your other channel too so really love all of your content. I did want to maybe throw out a suggestion in regards to when you said it's hard to balance getting back to Whiskey City when you work so hard with the copy editing because of the amount of screen time that would take. Since you have completed drafts of Whiskey City maybe you could go over and edit or revise that book by hand. I don't remember how you feel about writing or editing by hand but I know that it sort of unlocks your creativity in a different way than doing it on the computer and it could be a way of working on Whiskey City without having to still look at a screen the whole time (at least until you have to type up whatever changes and things you want to make). It was just an idea that maybe could help with that balance in terms of the screen time. I know I'll be right there ready to get my copy of Whisky City whenever it's ready. So glad that everything with Enchanted Ink Publishing is going so well. Perhaps I will have saved up enough money to use you guys to format the novel I'm trying to publish this year (because I really hate formatting lol). Thanks for another great video and take care of yourself! ❤️❤️ (Also sorry for the novel long comment lol)

Natalia- that was really interesting. I’ve just found you and intend to binge watch😊 Love the goal setting, timer and time management . I must learn from that😂. I waste time trying to format books. Do you have any tips for what makes a good format for activity books? Font, headings and how to incorporate puzzles in and get it to look consistent? I fiddle about with them - I am trying to be much more efficient with my valuable time…

I don't know how you can bear that freezing cold. I'm in training now to be a proofreader and the cold here in South Texas is not as severe. It's warmed up now, but I almost cannot study when it's cold.

I am glad 😊 to hear from you, it has been a while. I am struggling with completing the book for edits. When I am done I was thinking about letting you do your thing with it. I am also thinking 🤔 and I am willing for your notes and edits you would do with that book to be a part of your vlogs. I don't mind if the plot or parts of the story are sent out to the world. Maybe you can vaguely share what is in your mind for these stories, a reaction of sorts to these books, with the author's permission, of course. Maybe 🤔 it can help them with some curious readers and it can help you reveal your style so others may be more interested in your editing style. Just a thought 🤔 it's good hearing from you.

Maybe you've covered this... But I'm curious what it's like for the author to get your changes? Do they need to approve each one? How long do they take to get back to you (and you have to schedule that in, gosh).
