@@keeby.kong2024 funny story about my name, I simply wanted to name it "HEYYYYYYYY A GUYYYYYYYYY" (a line from the iconic video Happy Souls) but for some reason RU-vid wasn't allowing it so after many failed attempts to bypass RU-vid's bollocks, I then typed this name out of frustration which RU-vid apparently accepts as long I kept the "Birco" part of my name, and that's how it's been ever since
I feel like Gaige's parents are both perpetually normal people, happy marriage, a loving relationship with their child, normal home, morals etc. But they both are intense Rebel/anarchy rockers who have taught Gaige all that she knows about Hyperion and its corruption and Pandora, but are still nice and supportive parents, who tell their little girl to kick anyone's ass who messes with her.
A bit late, but it's entirely possible that Mr. Holloway might have programmed Marcie's profile into a New-U machine. SO yeah, she might have caught a minor case of the deads, but she's probably still around being a rich tit.

Benjamin Cruz Starts as an accident, gives her the inspiration to build the Deathtrap summoning mechanism into a bionic arm. THEN she cuts it off on purpose.
Kind of both, really. This being the Borderlands setting, industrial accidents and quick-heal are commonplace, but when she got gashed in yet another one, she got this idea...
Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that Marcy just got killed by Death trap but Gaige is still mad because Marcy didn't get punished for pushing her and also complaining because she got third place?
Yeah I was just thinking about that. It's even more funny because she is so genuinely upset about being relegated to third place, Marcy shoving her and teasing her and then getting sent to the principal's office which is never happened to her before. And of all that, being in third place still has her salty even when she's vault hunting on pandora. She's not trying to obfuscate or avoid anything either, those are all genuinely her list of priorities. Marcy would have been fine if she hadn't been a bully.
We need more playable characters like Gaige. I love the other female characters(especially Athena) but they all have the same "hard-ass, take no shit" attitude most of the time. Gaige is so spastic and funny and is honestly so refreshing to see. Maybe in Borderlands 3 we'll get a big buff chick with a body similar to Brick and a personality as crazy as Salvador's.

+scout wizardman ??? Zer0 is male(his in-game pronouns are he/him), and your number of fingers doesn't count as a different body type. I'm talking about 6 ft tall beefy girls that could pound a bandit into dust using nothing but her fists, or maybe a bubbly chubby girl with a passion for guns, treasure, and bathing in the blood of bandits. Anything other than another female class with the same exact body/personality type(Ellie, Tina, Janey, and Grandma Torgue don't count because they aren't playable characters. I want to PLAY as a character like them).

A potato enhancement program actually. It kind of overgrew the entire school but they graded her for that after having her cite her sources (some gal named Chell) and tacking on a note it's for new terraforming and basic colonist survival on new planets. (Yes, in Portal 2 the overgrown potato plant that has infested most of the original Aperture Science Enrichment Center came from Chell's science project!!)

Along the way you end up passing through the science fair projects and aside from a soda volcano and a bunch of potato clocks there's a growth project that got way, way out of hand in the years since. You can still see Chell's signature on the project, however.)
Oh yeah. Gaige's dad sabotage's a transport that had an assassin that was coming to kill Gaige in one of the DLC's. To which when Gaige found out he did she cried a little while calling him the best dad ever.
tranz2deep It should be an honor really. Maya used to have the most (i couldnt say about Lilth considering BODERLANDS CRASHES ON LAUNCH) just for being a siren, Salavador being the 2nd most with a ton of crimes.
Both gaige and krieg are hands down the best dlc character of all time. I really hope they make cameos in the next borderlands games (obviously I'm not talking about the pre-sequel because it's already out)
i feel that in borderlands 3 claptrap will die and they will go to gaige and she will build a claptrap with legs or some badass robot that can go trough stairs

This is the kind of echo logs I crave. I mean each on their own are brief window of the characters. I love the designs of all of them but several generic one liners isn't enough. I'm a stickler for story. And I really hope in the future that Gaige's dad will be a Vault Hunter or at least a Quest giver. Like him sending love letters to his daughter.
Where can I subscribe to her? Also am I the only one who thinks that her story is truly the most unique among all of them? She isn't a badass born. She's a badass made.

This makes me wish that Borderlands 2’s main characters had dialogue when interacting with NPCs similar to what they did with the main characters in the Pre-Sequel. It kinda sucks how they sort of wasted the super talented voice actors. The woman who voices Gaige is brilliant.

I truly love Gaige's dad. She is a badass, and he makes sure she stays that way. Gaige also may never have finished school, but she's smarter than her teachers anyways, so it doesn't matter.
Supporting above it is made especially apparent by the loader bots already on Helios at the start of tps, which are already well established for cargo transport (hence their build). Worth noting the very different construction in that they actually possess legs, adding more force when lifting objects, lack any head but rather just have an eye, and use normal hands so as to be able to properly grip any object. Deathtrap possesses a head, as well as claws in the place of hands for combat, and lack of legs to make traversal easier as it simply floats. Only real similarity is that both are bulky, at which point Brick is a loader.
Remember back when Borderlands was about corrupt centralized, oligopolistic corporations being bad instead of pretending like those same corporations can be part of the "resistance"? BL3's story just completely shits on everything the previous games established.
Why the fuck is every borderlands vid filled with people saying that this person is related to that person. "Axton is Gaige's father" "Kreig is Tina's father" "Tina is Gaige's sister" "Krieg is Gaige's father" "Lilith and Zer0 are brother and sister" (how that makes any fucking sense, I have no idea.) Seriously guys, the Borderlands universe is not that fucking inbred. I mean ok, maybe Pandora is a bit red-neck...ish, but that doesn't mean everyone has to be fucking related.
Aya Drevis Well Tina is Kreig's Daughter which makes a hella ton sense if you go watch some videos on it but the rest isn't true, Axton had a marriage with a colonel/sergeant named Sarah which didn't last long due to Axton being a glorified badass which got most of his partners killed as he lured them into hideouts just to blow them up (the bandits grabbed his partners btw) Gaige and Kreig/Tina have nothing in common because the story with Tina and Kreig and her Mom was happening right around the time when Gaige did this, maybe a bit before. Zer0 and Lilith, I don't even know. So there. You are welcome.

Yes there are some indications of the possibility and I would agree that it could be possible if not for one simple fact: Gearbox has flat out confirmed that both of Tina's parents are dead. As the creators of the game, the universe and the characters, I would think they would know.
Aya Drevis Not as flat out as you think. All they said was that watching her parents die broke Tina's head. It's possible (and likely, considering the story played out by her echoes) that she made a mistake in assuming that he didn't survive. It is also possible, considering the vaguely magical power of eridium, that Krieg may have even been revived after dying. It is also very, very possible that Gearbox could at any time change their mind about their own statements and retcon whatever they want into the game. If you don't think that they ever change their mind about the lore, why don't you look up the story behind how Axton became bisexual. Having said that, don't get so mad about fan theories. If you don't want to engage in them, then just ignore it.
I so want to see Gaige and Tina work together on some crazy destructive thing for a dlc expansion. Call it- Gaige's rebellion against the Holloway family ft. Tina
I'm surprised she was actually shaken when Deathtrap murdered her friend. It's the first time I heard this echo, so..yeah... made her a lot more real character compared to my initial impression of her.
I think its funny that she was shaken up by seeing someone explode meanwhile she relocates to Pandora where either you blow people up or they blow you up

EdwardAlchemist343 I'm positive she will. I can picture Gaige being heavily featured in a DLC story expansion involving her, Deathtrap and the Maliwan Robots. Hell, they could even throw in Axton as a supporting character, too

Then we met this old guy named Hammerlock who fixed Claptrap, and now we're gonna go kill MORE bandits, and then later their boss, so we can find a ship that belongs to Claptrap and set sail to Sanctuary to join with the Crimson Raiders! So all and all, things have been AMAZING! And now a special message to the Holloway family, your late daughter said to me that I was worth nothing. In the newest Headhunter Pack, an assassin gets send after Gaige (and after the others) and it is revealed that gaige's father sabotaged his transport, which caused the assassin to crash. So Krieg can't be Gaige's father, as her father sabotaged the assassins transport while Krieg was still on Pandora.
I’m glad I found this! Fun to listen to. Gaige is my favorite character in Borderlands 2. Just wondering, where are these Echo Logs? Are they all in the game somewhere?
Late to the question, but no! Her Echos can't be found in the game since she, together with Krieg, was part of a DLC that was added later, hence why you don't see them in the Initial game Trailers for BL2 as well.
