Borla needs to make a universal exhaust kit with options like this for the import market so I don't have to deal with listening to the Honda's sounding like a fart can!

Guess im alone on this but this looks awesome to me! If and when im forced one day to get an ev. I would love to play with one of these. Thats my main complaint about ev's is no noise. I would love to have different sound all the time. Maybe its just the kid in me. Idk, i just think its pretty cool.
I’m with you. All anyone can do is whine and complain about this product and bash on the Mach-e. Not a real Mustang, blah blah (was the 2.8L or the ecoboost a “real” Mustang?). I’ve owned several gasoline mustangs and firebirds - still love my gas cars but also love my MMe…. Whatever it’s called. I’d suspect most of these folks on here, have never driven a Mach-e. They probably shut up a little bit if they had. Too busy, carrying their opinions to be open to something new. I don’t personally need this product to make noise outside, but would love to have more inside. Whether it’s this product or just for giving me volume control over the existing fake noise. I do find when I’m hauling tail down the back roads that a little engine noise is nice.. Some of these angry folks on here might be surprised to find out that even on their gasoline cars, the noise they hear in the cabin is somewhat synthesized, and certainly modified
@@bobellison7752 it's not a mustang because they made it a crossover with downs, and just slapped the mustang name on it for sales. (Didn't work.) Go enjoy your car that needs a fkn update before it let's you drive it 🤣
@@nukem8128youre right. It’s not a Mustang. It’s a Mustang Mach E. My GT is 0-60 in 3.5/3.8 seconds. 600lb-ft of torque. For not liking this vehicle, product, or video, you surely love spending time on this videos comments to let folks know how you really feel and how sour you are. I don't need to create artificial sound in my Chevy Bolt EV. I do hear the motor when accelerating and decelerating. I can also hear subtle sounds that I wouldn't be able to hear should I have a roaring gas engine. Even if I enjoyed the roaring sound, why does everyone else must know that I am driving around? Is this the first amendment thing?
Actually pretty cool, love the different sounds. I'm wondering though if this wouldn't be illegal in California, since amplified noise devices are illegal on cars?
BIG QUESTION. The speakers below the vehicle are they prown to breaking due to water damage such as flooding or driving through higher than normal water levels in the rain? This is a big deal breaker for me or most Mach e owners.
This dude was so excited several years ago to start his job at Borla. But look at his face... he looks like he's ready to go home and fire up his V8 Mustang in a closed garage.

So.. you see a problem in enjoying a taste, while eating more responsibly and the same thing with enjoying driving environmentally better, but with the same feel of a performance combustion motor. Why drink water from a bottle, when you can drink from a lake, why pay with card/app, when there is money and why watch vids on YT, when you just could experience it for real? Not to mention come and bitch about it in the comments, on a vid you clearly are not interested in

@@nukem8128on a day to day basis, EVs r better than ICE for the environment. My town is powers residential housing by a huge solar farm. So technically my car charge is sourced from solar. I know this isn’t the case for everyone but battery and EV technology is only going to improve and have less environmental impact when it comes to battery sourcing.
Don't like the Mach-E BUT this is a GREAT idea for EVs! If I ever get an EV (probably wont) I would definitely get one of these systems for it. I used to work at Borla, some good people there!
Owning both ice and ev ..i love my ev no taxes and almost no maintenace ..and best part free to drive with my 620 km range at 0€ powered by my solarpanels so from a $ point of vieuw ev are worth all the hate from the haters we dont care .
Lol aint rolling up to cars and coffee in one of them "mustangs" especially sounding like that. Lots of money spent on development that youll never recoup. These are just sitting rotting on dealer lots. Bet you sell less than 500 of these things. That b3ing said I have a Borla on my Focus that I like alot.
Should've saved the release of this video for April 1. Kinda reminds me of a kid in a power wheel trying anything he can to make it sound real. What a sad day for the Mustang.😢
This is not the direction to go for Borla. I own a performance model Y from Tesla and I would never get this. Even though I've owned a long list of performance cars, I would never put this on an EV. ICE cars are going the way of the horse and buggy. Borla needs to get in to making rims, body kits, battery packs...anything but this.
@@tlangton You need to dive a little deeper into it. Posting a link written by some dude at Wikipedia isn't proving anything. Wikipedia is ran by a certain group of "fill in the blank". Its all about politics and who will be running the show in the future. One side is pushing hard for EVs while the other side is wanting gasoline/Petrol cars with no end in sight.
I just want to be able to turn on this sound when I eventually get my MachE Rally, and get pulled up to by some turdblossom in a RAM that thinks he's driving a sportscar and revs his engine to compensate for his micropenis. I wont drive fast. I want the ability to "Rev" a few times so he pulls away and then gets pulled over by a cop. I'll just drive naturally mellow, and let him win ;)
