That's 16 kg but you made it seem like 8kg. That's amazing stuff. Thank you.

I don't know if it is Rosja, Białoruś or Ukraina, it's just that Old School of Golden Warriors 🤼‍♂️ The Master looks so skinny, but how easly and smoothly dealer with 16 kg kettle 😎 Thank You! That is great. I'll have to do most of those with only 12 kg kettle till I'll reinforce my dewastated lower back. Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱 for Slavic Brothers.

Is it only me, or does any else think this promotes tightness and stiffness instead of being lose and snapping like a whip. Also, I always try to avoid things that could hurt my lower back.
@AlteredState1123

I respectfully disagree. I think this is great foundational work. The trainee looks like he has a long way to go. Of course, this has to be paired with regular staples of boxing training.

If we are concerned about exercises slowing us down, we should look at the training of one of the fastest heavyweights of all time: Tyson. He completed a massive amount of calisthenics on a daily basis. I know many trainers say train fast to be fast. Makes sense. But, a foundation of strength does not have to result in being tight and slow. Just my thinking. Plus, if you watch a lot of fights, they end up becoming stand up wrestling matches. That requires incredible endurance strength and stamina. Good luck in your training. I hear you about not injury your back. If you are doing boxing training, train leading with your left and your right. That could spare your spine. Again, not a trainer, just an enthusiast.
@joeb9986
@joeb9986 Год назад
@@AlteredState1123 I like your comments. Yeah, I like calisthenics with some dumbbells worked in. I'm more of a self defense enthusiast, so boxing fits right in. Check this out - my most powerful punches are when I loosely whip my body, throw my elbow to a point letting it lead my hand to the target and snapping it into a fist upon impact. It jars my whole body when I do it into the air so I don't practice it much anymore but disgustingly effective. Yes I am an enthusiast so I had to share that even though you didn't ask.😁. Happy training to you 👍

I’ve done Kung Fu with serious work bouncing, and successful with multiple robbery defenses, life defenses… These workouts here are the real deal which means : they look weird, the dudes don’t appear jacked, and will harm you terribly with the least amount of effort. 6” punches, in real melee combat, inside clubs, hallways, cars… or during grappling… These are the bests. To make them 100% effective during combat, you need to imagine the guy moving, and your punch Ives with him like a guided missile. You will use less power but make contact every time. And 2-3 contacts, most guys panic… and swing wildly. A side step… and guess what? Most people punch the air, they done even see you moved. They are punching you image in their mind, but your not there. Then you make contact again… this time with less control and more power. Mike Tyson does the same. Hit the blind side. These guys must have very strong wrists. Thicker bones. Powerful fingers. If they grab your throat… it will be like rubber covered steel rods… on your breathing path way. I hit one guy in the stomach with strong fingers and pushed him after the strike. I did like 5-10 times as I pushed, then stopped and talked, pushed him down a alley, away from a residential door. He has bigger then me, deep scary voice, big bald head, super muscular, and used allot of street slang and was a prison dude. The finger send a signal of steal strength. It’s very intimidating like brass nuckles being pressed into your ribs… it wakes you up instantly. Creates better negotiating. No harm. You need this for real fighting under varied circumstances. Train it slow and easy. It will build up. It’s go, not a show, tool of hidden strength. If you can keep your balance during a take down… insert fingers into eyes or throat or underarms… and aim their them, deeply and like a laser beam, focused and pushing thru… reach out the other side… That intent will break your opponent’s will or their body part. Don’t fall. Stay standing. And your invincible like. You can still get knocked out… but your so strong… provided you defend the knock out and take down… your money. Be patient. Strike the openings. It’s not a fight… it’s a survival. Beware of weapons. Only use the force you need. Don’t be greedy. Think and apply.

I see your "snaping" the weight - This is bad in a fight because youll only be tapping the prey, we all know power comes from the earth and the exercises should have follow through "Not sanpping unless you dont want to win"! The training should be "Fight to the death" simply BECAUSE YOU ARE!! The first punch should be the most dissabling one- if it isnt then your just playin!!
