I left an easy work from home job that no longer challenged me at age 55, went into a very challenging role in financing . By day 5 I was acutely aware of brain fog and I was scared !! I went back to what I know best for me . I cleaned my diet up and ditched processed and added sugar foods and refined carbs . Within 2 weeks I was well on my way and within 3 months I was back to a normal me . I keep a bag of raw walnuts in my desk . When everyone is snacking on donuts , I nosh on a handful of nuts . I eat my breakfast at 10:30 and my lunch at 3. I fast until the next day . If I must have a small snack in the evening , it’s usually a spoonful of nut butter , a piece of cheese or boiled egg . Protein and fat , it’s what keeps me satiated and mentally fit . As a side effect I have lost 30 pounds 😊.

Mct and exogenous ketones are excellent for improving concentration and memory. Please review the research on this fascinating topic in the future 🙏

I have a few of these things in place. I take black seed oil, MCT and coconut oil daily. Occasionally olive oil on food. I eat salmon now and then but do not want to try to enter the world of fish oil supplements. Have heard of too many being bad. I am laying on the earth and tanning all over so that should be alot of Vitamin D shouldn't it?

Fish comes from violence & violence is never good on a quantum level. Omega 3 is better found in flax seeds, linseeds, seaweeds, & Chlorella or spirilima. The Japanese cultures that did eat fish, still ate over 95% plant based. The healthiest culture found to be the seventh day adventists culture (vegetarians) in America. [ Dr. Gregor ]
