Thanks for the good video. The piston should be turned so the notches are at 12 and 6 so the pin of the brake pad can sit against it properly.

Nice job. Could have shown cleaning off discs either before or after mounting so pads don't get contaminated. Caliper😂

the rubber on the pin is for noise and vibration dampening and allow air to bleed out from the back end of the pin I think...

The rubber hose on the caliper is not twisting right with the new caliper do you know how to turn it with out kinking the hose?

Doesn't seem to be too bad but the car engineering doesn't seem to make sense sometimes like that sleeve you were talking about and the rear piston. Not like the Fords & Chevys back in the day! Good job explaining and you covered everything. TY
