Branch Warren is a returning champion to this year's Arnold Classic. He and Johnnie O. Jackson hit up the original Metroflex for a mega volume (4 presses 2 fly's 1 superset) chest workout.
This is prob the best training video out of all the current training videos from all the pro bodybuilders of this modern era ... Metroflex Is a Hardcore gym with heavy music all day .. Thats the kind of music and environment in my opinion everybody needs in their gym
Eric Cartman Shittiest equipment? They have a lot of the Nautilus 1st Generation equipment which is one of the best in the world, and a Nebula leg press which is the best in the market. He just got the best equipment but in the rusty old school style to keep the hardcore atmosphere, but at the same time with good equipment. That's the way to do it buddy. Regardless the aspect of this gym is not easy to design a place like this, trust me. I know imitations of this gym that have turn into a complete fail because they don't know how to do it.
Branch and Johnnie's form works for them and know one in the world can say that they have not got outstanding chest development. You also can't help but be inspired by the fire and brimstone intensity of the workout.
It's number 1 genetics 2 tons of drugs and hard work .....he can work out any way he want and he will grow because of those things....that does not mean he's working out correctly ...just like you being stupid and not getting common sense....that's genes too..it comes from generation...not every one has muscle building genes some more than others look it up research before you say stupid shit dumfuck...

whether you like it or not, Johnnie and Branch are the 2 badass guys of bodybuilding ! Branch is a bit less stronger than johnnie but remember, he is dieting ! Dunno if johnnie is doing the Arnold or not
With the first set only with 20 kg his form was good i mean he even does the arch pretty well but super fast when he starts to increase the weight his form changed dramatically .
I think he was able to use these weights a lot easier at one point, but he's injured just about every part of his body multiple times. I'm surprised the guy can even still move.
Just so all of you know, BODYBUILDING isn't judged on lifting form. When you look better than branch, then critique him. Roids by themselves don't give you olympia bodies. Stop hating
Look I sont blame all the hate on form, but tbh as long as it works for them and they feel it its fine. Obviously they are more jacked then you but that doesnt mean that form or technique works foe you. Bodybuilding is all about feeling, branch and Johnnie try to make it as "intense" as possible so they lift like that
Branch warren is awesome and that intensity is insane!! But like Kai and so many others have said: who knows how far he'd be if he trained more efficiently. I mean he's up there with the elite, just imagine the difference he'd have or could have if he changed his technique/form and methods.:/ but its his choice and I respect it!! Kill it Branch!!! Bring it to the Arnold!!!!

1.26 - I really don´t want to just hate, but i am really wondering. He is really not able to push out only One clean Repetition with 140 Kg !? With this amount of Muscles and for this long Time of Training it´s just Incomprehensible. I mean if there would be no Spotter behind him, he would make maybe 2 Reps. Also the 100 Kg, they looking unbelievable heavy for him. Man, i don´t know, really strange .. !
+Anthony Legion you would be surprised how weak most of the biggest bodybuilders are, it's their job to train to look good not lift heavy weights though so i guess they are doing it right.
+Anthony Legion at this point he was also two weeks out of a major competition. that close to a comp means very little energy. the fact that they train that hard leading up to shows is completely ridiculous
Nick Sharma Ah .. you cant use this as a reason to be this "weak". Maybe the Carbs are low, but in this Time the Steroids doses are at it highest. And being 2 Weeks out to a competition isn´t a reason to not being able to benchpress 100 Kg with this amount of muscles !
+Anthony Legion usually they cycle off season, never leading right up to a show. hormone levels are very erratic due to extreme dieting so using gear at that time would be really unsafe. 2 weeks out of a competition is the only reason not to bench 100kg lol
Vingt Deux maybe it's because he hasn't fully recovered and he began recording later into his workout. Just a possibility , but what would I know? I'm 15 and i bench 65kg right lol
I remember when Branch could do 405 for high reps on the incline albeit terrible form(same as here). Now he can barely do 315 on the incline I think it's time to retire.
the_Luk Contest prep is when you're supposed to be at your strongest. It's because you're using way more drugs than in the offseason. For natties, yes you're at your weakest. Look at Levrone and Colmean they could still rep 495 on the flat

Stachio I think that his elbows and chest are so fucked up that he's been actually going down with the weight, I mean, I just guessing, cuz many bodybuilders are strong in contest prep. I don't know what's wrong with him but he used to rep 405 like nothing dude, like nothing...

In bodybuilding, the bigger you are, the righter you are. If you can achieve some titles, hell, your flaws will be forgiven and even called rules. Who are brave to tell that his form is wrong? But it's different if you see a common guy workout in the gym like that. 😂
In the last MD I believe Branch caims a 500 lb bench and Jackson claims a 495 lb bench. I believe exactly one of those guys. Watch the video and see if YOU can guess who it is!
It's perfect form to train fast oxydative muscle fibers. All haters need to read some science books first. And stop complaining about Dorian form - coz his form was best for training glycolic fast muscle fibers. Branch and Dorain train different systems - the one what gives em most results. SO you cant compare em. And Dorian had more training injures btw. Real training unjures - not the one that Branch got fallen with all his mass from stairs or near car.
Good luck finding bodybuilders that aren't on steroids don't have the misconception that there's anybody on stage for Olympia that's not on roids for anybody on stage for that matter that's not on Roy's even in those men's natural physique competitions there fucking juice.
damn i wish i could find a gym like that no whores around creating tention between the boys and distracting us just go in there and hit the weights and ignore everybody and dont talk but sadly im poor and im stuck in a crappy gym where everybody goes to talk and hit on slutty women with smelly yoga pants on to get attention,i'm miserable as fuck in the gym i go to hopefully i'll get out there soon,i love the way branch trains fast reps just like me and im gonna be doing fast reps forever
Everyone is bashing branch for not being stong. He is 2 weeks out from the Arnold classic repping 315 on incline. Sure not the best form but he's achieved more in bodybuilding then anybody In the comments so I think he has someKnowledge of the sport.
Moving that much weight with intensity works. Good form mainly for health reasons. It works for them. The joints and ligaments have strengthen over the years of training like this. They are not young boys and still going hard.
Everyone talking negatively, what have you done? What have you won? Have you won anything that can compare to the titles of Arnold Classic Winner or Mr. Olympia? If not, then STFU. Branch achieved what you never will.
i love his videos....so funny.It so amazing that this guy had so much sponsors and is one of the richest in the sport.I guess he has a big hillbilly fanbase in the north that like stupid show off training.
Again bouncing the weight and using momentum isn't the way and don't give me "he's an IFBB pro " crap, he's on a ton of juice and has naturally low myostatin to even get that big. Doing those partial reps works well keeps tension on the chest but I disagree with the bouncing and momentum.
