The person they shot at was shooting at them too, and it's unclear who fired first. Darius Miles didn't do the shooting, his friend did. Darius Miles gave the gun to his friend. Darius is being charged with Capital murder as an accessory but didn't shoot anyone. The story was that the Darius Miles (or his friend) were making comments at the young lady while walking on the campus strip trying to get her attention. Her boyfriend stepped in and words were had. A few minutes later- They were firing at her boyfriend - missed him and killed her on the passenger side of the car.

Even if it wasn’t Brandon’s gun, that doesn’t make him any less of a possible accessory to a murder (I say possible bc I can say for sure). Someone literally died after he gave dude the gun so if Brandon knew or even had an idea of what was going on, he definitely bears a lot of responsibility even if he didn’t pull the trigger.

@@bmettura Because Davis had fired shots and got hit when that happened both Davis and Miles where getting off the scene Miles probably picked up the gun used for the crime to escape the scene because Davis had got shot in the arm, which makes him a direct accomplice and it was all caught on tape Miles and Davis direct involvement. Miller was not in the tape killing the victim and his car windshield was struck twice by gunfire that is why he can't be charged.
