I always design my charts with DMC even if I have done them in fancy floss as I want my patterns to be accessible to everyone. I always encourage people to stitch from stash and make it your own as I love seeing all the colour combos people choose. Happy Birthday Brenda and what a beautiful gift from Laura.

I cried with you Brenda when you opened your present from Laura! What a sweet friendship & dear friend. Other than your beautiful stitching & knowledge, your friendship and how that comes across on the screen is what brings me back episode after episode! I'm in on the HATS stitch along! Just started Florence Mary Dickinson and I'm stitching with 100.3's for the first time. So far I'm loving them. I also hold the thread with my left hand to keep the tension. Laura, you have a lot of great starts on some beautiful samplers!! Can’t wait to see what you get finished in 2023! Hello ladies, I really enjoyed your stitching and what a lovely gift for a wonderful friend. I have to mention the TWA sweatshirt. My dad worked for TWA for almost 40 yrs then TWA sold to United and my dad worked for them until he retired at 74 yrs old. So seeing the sweatshirt in such good condition was a Wow moment for me.

That time went by so fast as so watched and stitched. I cried at the gift. So beautiful and what a thoughtful gift. So much stitching to be done. I sometimes feel overwhelmed and then say - hey, I enjoy stitching, LOVE buying - LOL!! House of Stitches is my closest LNS. I was so happy she found a new owner to keep the shop open. I hope to get my husband to take me in the spring - sorry, but I get lost driving too easily.

Gorgeousness!!!! You're at it again. What you say, you're enabling me is what. All through your parade of samplers I was stopping, rewinding, freezing the frame, and ordering charts. It's not like I don't have things to work on - which I would surmise most of us are in similar situations. I will have to live another 100 years to get them all done! And Laura's gift to Brenda was fabulous.

Laura as soon as I saw your TWA hoodie it bought back memories for me. I was on the very last TWA flight from London Gatwick to St Louis on the 1st December 2001. We had water cannon salutes at both London Gatwick and St. Louis. Lots of starts also to add to my ever increasing list after seeing all your charts. I am about to start my first HATS. Loved every minute (hour) of your flosstube, but I especially love Laura’s sweatshirt as I flew for TWA back in 1970 and was based in Chicago. Back then we were not “flight attendants” we were “air hostesses” at least with TWA. At that time TWA was owned by Howard Hughes and it was a great company to work for. You ladies are so much fun to watch - keep up the great work.

Great video. You gals are amazing!!!!! Laura, I remember TWA, I’m going to turn 60 next month and my sister (she turned 60 last year) used to use this airline when we were teenagers traveling in the summer from New York to Miami. Great memories, thanks for reminding. Love love your samplers.

Loved all the sampler talk! I had my drinks and stitching and was set for all the joy! It was phenomenal, thank you. I am stitching a small from The Wishing Thorn called Elizabeth Hall, but she has a fair amount of one over one that was not stitched during your flosstube! Lol
