In Canada those smarties are called rockets and our smarties are the ones with chocolate inside them Edit: some of you guys have no idea what I'm talking about so go search up "Canadian smarties"

in the uk smarties can either be those sugary things or circles that look like smarties but are made from the same stuff gummy bears are made from. atleast thats in england dont know in wales scotland northern ireland
