Anyone else think that this is scary? Like, in 12 years someone could change a ton.

I can't even concentrate on the dress anymore... Im just worried about her.

She in atlanta and he's in NC. Hours drive. My biggest issue is she has daughters and she's about to bring a man into her home. That's crazy as hell.

The way Vincent walked in and looked at everyone like he wasn't sure which one was her and only walked up to her cause she seemed to be the only one that recognized him so he was like "okay, let's try her, she looks happy to see me."

It's not about seeing them as bride and groom, it is about seeing them as seeing as a husband and wife and staying together. Bringing a man into your children's life that you don't really know anymore. I hope it works out but it is a massive risk.

Be engaged, but date to ensure the peace of your children. I would hire a private investigator to see if there are any financial burdens, marriages, child support or police records. Better to be safe than sorry.

I’m afraid for you and her children she’s marrying a man that no one in her family knows about that’s dangerously as hell and he seems hella shifty and shady. You haven't seen a guy in 12 years, you have 2 kids without him, and all of a sudden he pops back in your life, proposes after 2 months, you say yes, and the wedding is happened 7 months later. All of that in less than a year. My god this is sketchy as all hell.

Strange, uncertain situation, to put it mildly. It could be a match made in Heaven. It could also be a nightmare. For all she knows now, he could have a live-in girlfriend and three children, and never been faithful a day in his life. That is quite a risk each of them are taking.

I think this is one of the reasons why people divorce so easily.

My (basically) MIL did this same thing and it was a mistake. They were high school sweethearts, parted ways to live life, and then got together again after 20+ years. He showed her one side of him but everyone else who saw how he acted when she wasn't around said it was a bad idea. They were together, engaged, and married in less than 9 months. The wedding itself was it's own circus. They were married for less than a week before he showed his true colors. They're technically still married but after he refused to change they separated mutually. Divorce is difficult to get finalized in Kentucky.
