Theres houses in NYC. But aparments with stairs is almost unheard of unless you gave that kind of money.

the thing is with alot of these videos about new york on youtube, they are always for some odd reason are focused on manhattan instead of the boroughs where regular people actually live, its like look at a video of london and them only focusing on the shard or something

Unless someone flies a drone up there, no on is going to be able to into your condo at 76 stories. Yes, as with most real estate, location is often what you pay for whether it's a certain neighborhood, on the lake or ocean, etc.

You couldn't pay me to live in that city let alone in that ugly thing. I will stay in New York 8 hours from that city where you can't even see the glow on the horizon. The view is just awful, all that urban ick. All those ugly glass boxes, absolutely hideous. We have a lot of houses in New York, they even have a lot of houses in New York City. Though they have more apartments than even the other cities in New York. But Queens has a lot of single houses, Brooklyn has the famous Brownstone Row Houses. Staten Island is the most normal part of the city, almost like the rest of the state with houses and stores. Depends on how much you win, if you win the over a billion dollar Powerball or MegaMillions jackpots we have been getting up to, you have half a billion left after taxes.
