The Channel 4 award for special contribution to comedy -- Lee Evans
The British Comedy Awards 2011 presented by Jonathan Ross.
The British Comedy Awards has been the premier accolade for all comedy programmes, performers and producers across the UK television industry since 1990.
The concept for the Awards was originally devised and produced by British TV legend, Michael Hurll to promote homegrown comedy talent. The original show was presented by Michael Parkinson and winners included VICTORIA WOOD as Best Live Stand-up, PAULINE QUIRKE as Best TV Comedy Newcomer, and DROP THE DEAD DONKEY as the Best New TV Comedy. Other winners included RUSS ABBOTT, CLIVE JAMES & ROWAN ATKINSON.

What an absolutely lovely man. Met him recently and he's he nicest guy to talk to, he's never changed, always stayed very grounded and down to earth :)

Its rare to be given a gift like he has got of making people laugh, and the fact he's so humble about it only makes me like him more, a truly brilliant comedian

i loved the way the camera paned around him as he skipped around the stage saying " Parcul--forwce.......Parc..cel...forcse...." LOL.

OMG!! this is lovely, everyone should know and love Lee Evans he's the nicest man in the universe, hilarious and I've loved him from the age of 16 and always will :)
